Great to get your pet moving
I have been challenged with not letting my dog sleep all day while I am working, so I purchased this item. It works awesome, I put the button at the end of a hall and the dispenser at the other end. My dog loves to run, push the button, and then run to get a small treat. Works as advertised.

    Great Investment for our pup
Our pup really enjoys playing with this toy, we taught him how to use buttons so it was really easy for him to get use to pushing the button to release the food. I love being able to set the button away from the feeder so that he has to run back and forth to activate it and get the food, allowing our pup to get a little exercise in the process. The stickers for the feeder are really cute, and our pup doesn’t seem to mind the dog faces. I love that the components of this feeder are all rechargeable and I don’t have to worry about using batteries, so far the range seems pretty good. We’re still trying to figure out the perfect opening for the food dispenser because on occasion, no food is dispensed which leads to our pup getting frustrated and pushing the button multiple times before checking which than leads to all the food falling out. But all in all, this is a really good indoor activity for our pup to get out a little bit of energy and allows him to play without us really having to run around with him.

    So fun!
It took my dog quite a few sessions to get the hang of this toy. I had it in my hand and told him to “give me paw” but instead of my hand he’d hit the button. And slowly I was able to start moving the button away from me. It works smoothly, you can change the volume of treats that get dropped out. The battery life seems to last long. I turn it off in between uses but I’ve used it 3x in a row and it did not die. It’s a great way to burn some energy when I’m too busy to give me dog full attention at the moment. Sometimes I put his dinner in it and he eats it all up. Assembly was super easy. Everything popped together no problem. And it’s easy to take apart for cleaning

Working so far but takes time
It does what it says and works about 80% of the time dispensing treats. I wish it was a little more precise giving the treats and sometimes it’s none and other times it 3. I’ve adjusted the dispenser size and tried various treats but the same thing occurs. It’s not a huge deal but it is why I removed a star. I do worry about the button surviving long term but so far so good. This did take a few days to teach my girl, so it’s was not a one day feat, but once she got it we have been progressing well. I think it does of a good job of mentally stimulating her and it was super easy to set up.

    My Dog Loves it!
My dog loves this thing, and so do I! Such a fun brain game for her. We’ve used it several times, and I put the button in a different room than the dispenser, so it gets her moving more. We call it the “button game” and she gets excited every time I pull it out now!

I don’t know who loves it more (the dog or the humans!!)
First of all, we’ve gotten our monies worth in laughs these first two weeks. Our Dox-terror craves to ask questions and learn new words, however, he may not use them all the time because he is hard headed. It took about 90 min of total teaching over 2 days for it to click. We did not want to stress him over learning and getting frustrated. He wanted to understand so badly. This was his first puzzle toy. He is about 4 years old and 15-20 lbs depending on the day.Once it clicked, game on! It says it has multiple noises (who wants to use the door bell as a trigger? ). We choose to record my husband making a rooster sound. We choose to use “foot ” and “push” as directions. He hits the button with his one foot, both feet, maybe his nose, “CPR” style beating, scratch/dig motion, and an occasional pup slap maneuver to progressively trigger the button. The longer he plays the more he waps it. The button is sturdy will made and very sensitive and easy to trigger. I think he has the idea that the harder the push the more food comes out. The button can be used alone or in the white circle plastic stabilizer ring to help out from sliding around if the pushing gets aggressive. It does take a beating and slides in our house as it is light weight for smaller pups to push it with ease. At first, We pulverized some kibble to make the session last longer. He only eats a cup a day so he would be getting over fed. The powder kibble did get trapped on the slope out of the hole. Then he would stand there and lick up the hole. After that fail, we just used his dinner portion for the game. He then assumed he would get dinner after playtime because it was dinner time. The drop sometimes comes before the noise is a minor downfall but it’s a minor defect.Charge by USB is awesome for cordless play time wherever you want to put them.Price was right on Amazon day but the full price is worth the enjoyment as we wished we got it sooner.People talk about cleaning the food ball but we only put dry stuff in it so we just blow it out or paper towel any crummies.Four paws up!

    Didn’t work for me
I loved this idea, thought it’d keep my dog busy. But unfortunately I’m not the best trainer and I haven’t been able to get her to understand how to use it. Definitely takes time and patience. It does pour out quite a few pieces of food, so I’d put dog food in it rather than treats.

    My dog loves it!
My dog loves to play with this, it took about a couple of days to get him caught on. The hole is adjustable for the treats that fall out, it does get stuck/treats don’t come out every now and then. I found that using the Trader Joe’s Charlie Bear training treats work the best. It’s great that both the treat dispenser and the button are chargeable and the stickers it comes with are super cute
