When you need help with keeping your bed clean and dry – this is the way to go!!
We have had to use mattress pads for varying reasons for years. We now have a special needs boxer and since she sleeps on the bed with us (and has her entire life with us) we needed something that would withstand the movement of an active dog – and stay in place. These pads are WONDERFUL! At first blush you might think they are expensive but just think about this: a pack of disposable pads are about $16 and after one use – each one has to be thrown away. Disposable pads leak on the side – these NEVER DO!! We had just about given up hope. We were washing bed clothes several times a week but since getting these pads we’ve had NO accident where the bed clothes were affected. These pads wash up easily, dry quickly & after several washings they still maintain their shape – like new! We ordered 3 of these to make sure we have enough. They stay in place, even on a comforter surface!! If turned with length going from left to right on the mattress, It comes within 4 inches on each side and is about 1/3 (or more) in covering our queen size mattress. 2 of them pretty much cover the bed. These work beautifully and since they are guaranteed for life – we will definitely be using them from now on!UPDATE: 07-13-2018 We have now ordered 7 of these pads. They are FANTASTIC!!! They not only act as a barrier between our boxer (who sometimes is incontinent) and our mattress but 2 of the fit our queen size bed so dog nails don’t puncture or otherwise damage our comforters/quilts/bed spreads. Again – you may think they are expensive but we have found them well worth the money. We have had some of these in excess of a year and they are washed AT LEAST once a week and still maintain their shape, their usefulness, absorbency, and none of them have been punctured or otherwise damaged even with a 51 pound boxer who jumps on and off the bed frequently.

Get it. Itâs such a relief to have this little helper
My kiddo is on the older side and still wets her bed. This product is really great as it keeps her bed dry and my cost down (if you compare to disposable options). I bought 1 to try and rushed to buy the second one which I use when the first one goes to the wash.Pros:- It really works. Better than any âwaterproofâ bed sheet I tried with high reviews, better than disposable pads I tried and honestly better than pull ups.- stays in place!- it says it holds up to 300 washes? I think I washed it more times than that or very close (2 years+ Of having to mata and almost daily washes). These still work great and hold up well. I don’t overthink the wash care. I use hottest water and dry it in high heat.- I use it discretely under the bed sheet- doesnât make any odd sounds like disposable options.Cons:-You still need to make sure your kiddo is sleeping on that space and not ending up on the edge of the bed where this pad doesnât cover ( happened to us maybe twice in two years). Thatâs not really a âconâ. Thatâs how great thus product is.* I read here a reviewer that mentioned the smell doesnât come off in the wash. Here is how I wash it so it smells great: I make sure not to overload the wash, to have the pee side exposed, if I have time Iâll do a rinse cycle first before the wash, and I use the hottest temperature on a regular cycle. I normally just use detergent and softener but when I smell the need, iâll add it borax to the detergent or lately even Downy Unstopables (gives a scent boost).

Itâs a great product. The grabbers donât grab all types of fabrics. Doesnât stay in place well on silky smooth material . Otherwise very good.

Perfect Size, Great Absorbent
I Love this pad! It’s truly the PERFECT fit, covering prime areas- end to need. I’ve never had an accident beyond it’s reach. Easy addition, non intrisive, and easy clean when needed. Washes very well, does not fall apart, loose shape or comfortability. I’m very impressed and have purchased many brands- as I will soon be a great grandmom. I highly recommend this pad!!!!

Saving my sanity
My husband has dementia and is crippled as well. Some nights depends aren’t enough. I was growing weary of constantly washing sheets due to uncomfortable small pads. If you take care of someone with dementia then you know the reluctance to sleep when a bed pad is put in place. I love these Gorilla Grip pads! They are highly absorbant, keeping the sheets dry. The pad stays in place because of the gripper backing. The cloth side is comfortable to sleep on. The 52×34 is large enough to cover the sleeping area. I was so pleased that I promptly ordered another!

Works great! But go ahead and buy two now. Youâll wish you had when after cleaning up your little one in the middle of the night, and after removing the protective cover, (I put mine on top of the fitted sheet, less to wash) you will realize that you have to put your little one back in bedâ¦without a protective cover! And you know if you do that, they will most definitely have another accident. Works great. Buy two.

They grip nice to the fitted sheet, and stay in place through the night.A bit of a problem to wash and dry them, they take a long time to air dry. Putting them in the dryer the grip pads squeak and stick to dryer.

I have used a few waterproof mattresses in the past and none was absorbent enough and neither stayed in place. I always end up washing both the mattress pad and the bedcovers.The Original GORILLA GRIP Slip-Resistant Incontinence Mattress Pad (52″x 34″) Cover is a little expensive compared to the other 2 waterproof mattresses I have. But the size and quality match the price, so does the fact that it is slip-resistant.I use the Mattress Pad on a twin-size bed and it almost covers a twin-size bed. The ad claims the mattress pad to absorb 8 glasses of water ( not sure how much the 8 glass of water is , the quantity may vary to glass size) hence I tried the Mattress Pad Cover with 40 0z (1.18294 litres) of water. It does hold that (40 oz) much of water and keeps the bedcovers clean and dry.Overall, I am happy with the size, quality and price of the mattress. It is a lifesaver and I use it every day for a carefree ,tension-free feeling. it is better to buy one good mattress than buying multiple cheap waterproof mattresses which won’t solve the purpose.would highly recommend.

This pad has been a life saver for my toddler. He had gastro and for everyone who knows what that consists of⦠it did not go through the mattress. Iâm so impressed and grateful that I just bought a second one. Iâve bought 2 different full sheet on covers that would cover the whole bed and urine would seep through each time.
