I ordered originally a couple weeks ago and product didnât work, but as I went to return the seller was nice enough to resend a new before the return arrived which tells me they are honest and good to do business with. Will shop with them again.

Horrible product, scares the dog terribly.
This is no upgrade to the previous version. The output shaft is very weak and soft, it was bent as soon as I put the batteries in, the shift being bent causes horrible vibrations which transfers to the dogs feet. Got 2 paws done and the motor was starting to squeal from lack of lubrication. Wheel spins way too fast and has no power at all, if your dog moves his foot in the slightest, the grinder either speeds up or stops all together. Spend your money on a better tool because this one isn’t worth $2 let alone $12.

Must use energizer or Duracell batteries.
No batteries come with this item. Also I bought rayovac âcâ batteries. It wouldnât even turn on. I bought energizer and it turns on. However, itâs not a powerful product. It is weak. Duracell batteries work as well. Nothing else will work. Not a good buy after the price of batteries and the quality is not good.

Works great but noise is an issue
This nail grinder is very easy to use & seems to be a pretty good deal for the money. My only issue is that the noise it makes makes my dogs hesitant. One won’t go anywhere near it (but he hates having his nails done already) & the other took a lot of coaxing/bribery to get her to settle down & allow me to use it on her. She’s gotten better over time but sometimes it’s still startling to her & we have to start from square one again. It’s not insanely loud, but loud enough that you may want to consider this before you buy based on your dog’s noise response.

Disappointing Performance and Durability
I purchased the Upgraded Version Professional Electric Pet Nail Grinder with high hopes based on its product description. Unfortunately, my experience with this grinder has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the noise level is quite high, which immediately made my dog anxious and difficult to manage. This contradicts the claims of a “whisper-quiet” operation.Additionally, the “upgraded” grinder wheel struggled to handle my dog’s medium-sized nails, slowing down considerably under slight pressure, and took an impractically long time to file down just one nail. This made the whole process tedious for both me and my pet.What’s more, the device heats up quickly, raising concerns about its safety with prolonged use. I had to stop several times to let it cool down, which only added to the frustration.I also encountered issues with the battery life. It requires frequent recharging, which is inconvenient and doesn’t even last through a single grooming session for my dog, who frankly isn’t even that large.Lastly, the durability of the product is questionable. After just a couple of uses, the grinder wheel showed significant wear and tear, suggesting that it would need frequent replacements, which I find to be a hassle and an additional expense.In conclusion, this product did not meet the professional grooming standards it advertised, nor did it offer the comfort and ease of use for pet owners as it claimed. I cannot recommend the Upgraded Version Professional Electric Pet Nail Grinder to other pet owners, especially if your dog is nervous or you’re looking for a reliable and efficient tool.

Worst product EVER!
Do not waste your time! Nothing good about this except that they took it back! ð Battery life is terrible, not much noise because thereâs not enough power to do our small dogâs nails. Very little sued on any setting we tried. Terrible.
