Tiny books for tiny hands. I love Eric Carle so of course these were quite the find for me. The illustrations tell you it’s Eric Carle. True to his style amd a multimedia of animals, letters amd numbers.

First off, Eric Carle , is one of my favorite children’s author/illustrators. So, I wanted to begin my granddaughter’s library with this! I like these board books because they are very kid friendly for little ones! Great gift!

I got this for a friend’s baby shower, and the couple loved it! I love Eric Carle, and think it’s great for babies starting to read!

These are such sweet little books. We’re expecting our second child and my daughter has been ‘reading’ these to the baby. They’re picture books so it’s easy for her to explain each page to the little one. While I wish the books were a bit bigger for my sake, the size of the book is great for small children to grasp and play with. All are beautifully illustrated and there’s a wide range of topics to explore. So pleased with this purchase!

Cons:
Limited Story Length: It’s worth noting that the books in this collection have shorter narratives compared to traditional storybooks. While they may not have complex storylines, they are perfectly suited for young children’s attention spans and provide quick, engaging reading experiences.
Fragility: Since the books are made of cardboard, they can not withstand our 2 years brutal chewing :).
Unrealistic images: In some case I noticed pictures are so far from reality that my son can not correlated it with real things.
Packaging Concerns: Unfortunately, when my package arrived, I noticed that the corners of the book case were slightly damaged. This was likely due to inadequate packaging during shipping. While it didn’t affect the functionality of the books, I would have preferred better packaging to ensure their pristine condition upon arrival.
Conclusion:
In my experience, the “My First Library” set has been a wonderful addition to our reading routine. The engaging illustrations and perfect size have captured my 2-year-old’s attention and made reading a joyful experience for both of us. The convenience of the carrying case has allowed us to bring the books wherever we go, ensuring we always have entertainment on hand. My search for books set ended once I found this amazing product. My baby is big fan of Eric Carle. We already have “The very hungry caterpillar ” the most popular book in library.
