Fellow cat lovers…….
It’s been a year and a half since i purchased this laser toy and wanted to let fellow cat owners know it’s still working perfectly and has lasted longer than any laser toy I’ve purchased. I have the suction cup on closet mirrors and it has NEVER fallen off. And it holds a charge a good long time. Best laser toy I’ve ever purchased!!!

I found an email from when we original purchased back in 2023 of the seller letting us know about our year warranty. I responded back âGreat! Letâs do thatâ then realized it had been more than a year. I was curious if they would still be able to help us out, maybe send a spare part to try. And boy did they! They sent us an entirely new unit without charge!! It came within a short few days after reaching out and in perfect condition. My cat was so excited to see her toy working again. I cannot recommend enough, 10/10!

Good toy poor suction cup
The toy itself works great and if your cat love laser pointers, like most cats do, then this is an automatic win. The suction cup, like most reviews, doesn’t work. I recommend cleaning the surface like I did and test the suction cup for a week by itself . Which it failed horribly. Could not stay stuck to a window for 24 hours with just the suction cup, no toy attached. They suggest cold weather will affect it, which is true, but have other cat toys that have suction cups and have no problem. The difference is, they are thicker with same plasticity. I suggested thicker plastic/rubber with the same plasticity, e. G. The same thing but higher quality plastic/rubber.They were responsive and asked if I returned it, which I declined, knowing full well, the suction cup was crap. Otherwise, a great product… Needs charged every 3 days with automated cycling.4 stars due to saying suction cup works, otherwise 5 for the month owned.

Great product
My cats have had several laser toys, and this has become their favorite. The battery life is great, the different modes give them a bit of variety and I love the automatic aspect. Being able to stick it to difference surfaces is fun, and the suction works well. The laser beam itself is bright and a little wider than most, which I think makes it an easier for them to see. I donât know, Iâm not a cat expert, but they like it regardless and thatâs what matters. 😉

Decent, overpriced though
The timer on this works pretty well – runs for 10 minutes every 1.5 hours. Our cats have already learned to anticipate it. Batter lasts about a day and a half, so not great, but not horrendous either. It charges pretty quickly. I’m bummed it’s only in a circular motion, but that’s my own fault for not reading the description closer. I guess I had assumed that for something that was nearly $18, it would do more than just go in a circle. The direction does randomly change, so that keeps the cats a bit more engaged, but they do usually get bored of it before the 10 minutes are up.I will also point out that it is NOT quiet like the description states. While it’s not overly loud, either, you can definitely hear the motor in it once it turns on. If I didn’t wear ear plugs to bed, I’m sure I’d hear it at night (and we have it out in the living room).We have a harder time finding a place to set it up because of where the walls are in relation to our furniture, but I’m sure in time we’ll find a good spot. The suction cup does seem to do a decent job of holding it to glass. Unfortunately for us, most of our windows have furniture in the way for this application.All in all, an entertaining automatic toy, but not worth what we paid for it.

My fat cats are obsessed
Product initially worked great and kept my cats entertained almost all night long, but stopped working after a certain period of time. Contacted the seller and they promptly offered to send a replacement cat light! Couldnât be happier with the fast and friendly customer service from the seller so I will be giving it 5 stars

Motor no longer works after 7 months
It worked fine for 6 months, but the motor started to get louder after 6 months and now it no longer moves the LED. The LED still works and the push button to change modes appears to still work, too. I’m not sure why the motor stopped. I saw another review which reported the same issue and a follow up where the seller contacted them and sent a replacement. This is the only course of action as this seller does not appear to participate in the Message Center “Contact Seller” feature and Amazon says they cannot help me because it’s beyond their 120 day limit.

If you have a laser lover… Get this.
My cats go ballistic over this thing. It has different speeds and angle adjustments, making it easy to change things up. I personally leave it at my desk and point it at a wall; as soon as it kicks on, somebody comes running over to play with it. My only complaint about the toy is the battery life; it seems to last about 4 – 5 hours before it needs another charge. My cat will literally whine at me until we can get it back on for him. It can’t be plugged in and used at the same time, so the only option is to wait.Overall, a great little toy.
