As a pet parent, it’s common to be floored by fur. Hundreds of wispy strands cling to anything they can grab hold of, and hairy tumbleweeds dance throughout your home, taking up residence in every nook and cranny. These are the indications that hours of endless vacuuming and sweeping have begun. If you feel like your pet is losing their fur faster than you can keep up with, it’s time to break the cycle and stop dreading shedding. The Hartz Groomer’s Best Fur Fetcher de-shedder tool for dogs boast a patented revolutionary design that removes 3 times more fur than brushing alone! The perfect solution for seasonal changes and the most extreme year round shedders, it works by removing loose fur from the undercoat without harming the delicate skin and top coat. Fur Fetcher ditches harsh metal blades and utilizes micro combs to make regular grooming enjoyable for your furry friend. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to use so you can spend more time pampering your pal and less time picking up after them.

Best dog brush you could buy!
I have bought MANY! dog brushes all of which I would give a 5 rating. This brush amazed me how much hair it removed without hurting my dogs ( border collie/heeler & lab). Love it. Iâm excited to pass my experience with this product.

Works well on double coats.
I have working dogs, heelers and border collies. This tool works nicely on removing the undercoat and smoothing the topcoat. My dogs all come in the house when they aren’t working, so having something that helps cut down the dog hair tumbleweeds that breed daily is a real plus. I use them in conjunction with grooming gloves and it makes a huge difference.

Works for double coats
Worked great to de-shed my beagle that has an undercoat however it’s very scratchy and no other dog or cat likes it. Can’t say it’s worth the price.

Double row works well
I like the double row. It catches more hair quickly than a single row brush i currently use.

The best
This product is the best de-shedder I ever used and I tried 3-4 different designs. Itâs easy to use and pick up a bunch load of undercoat. I have a senior Chow Chow with skin cancer so she is not only very hairy but sensitive to metal prongs going over her skin. With this brush, she lets me brush her any time I want and for however long I want. Iâm amazed how much hair this little brush, with two rows of plastic teeth, can pick up! Itâs easy to clean, lightweight, and sits perfectly in my hand. There is nothing I dislike about this brush. 5+ stars.

Too harsh
I thought the bristles would be gentle. This is a very rigid and sharp brush. You have to be super gentle to keep from hurting your pup. I donât use it and donât recommend.

Too sharp for short hair
It did grab fur but it was too sharp for my double coated dogs. Any amount of pressure scraped enough to hurt.

I bought one of these 5 or 6 years ago for my dog and cats when they shed in the spring and summer. Had tried several other brushes for undercoat with poor results. Not so with this one. It pulls so much fur the dog, or cats, look like they lost w iffy when finished. So I just bought another for my mom as her undercoat brush was taking barely any fur out of her dog and she has been brushing and vacuuming daily. She just used it and cannot believe how much fur it pulls. Excellent product.

Amazing tool! I was worried that the one for cats might be too small. I also didn’t want to suffer many more brush strokes from a smaller size and it looks like I made the right call. This one is perfect. My new British Shorthair is a shedding monster complete with static. This brush really gets those loose furs and bonus, his coat is silkier. He even looks “thinner.” Turns out, he was logging around a ton of shed hair. I kept brushing him endlessly to no avail (luckily, he enjoys being brushed and doesn’t mind). Thanks to this tool, the situation is now under control and I don’t have to kill myself with endless brushing! I was even considering shaving his fur before this tool but now, there’s no need! All of this improvement from only using this tool 3x, THREE, over the last few days! Imagine that?!!TIP! For those complaining about this hurting your pet’s skin, you need to push your pet’s skin in the opposite direction of the brushing to keep it taut. And don’t put pressure as you brush. It will get the fur by itself with no effort on your part. Just keep the skin taut and brush lightly.

I’ve had the one for 10 years. Works better than any other brush I’ve bought. So I bought this one for a relative to deal with her heavy shedding shepherd husky. Must have if you own a dog. Cleans them right up.

Works great but the bristles are thin plastic so I worry about long term durability

Hands down the BEST brush I have ever bought for my dogs. My 7 year old is a husky sharpei lab retriever and my nine month old is an alaskan husky german shepherd so they both shed like CRAZY. I had tried the KING KOMB brush because it was supposed to work on my dogs but it didnt and I was really disappointed since i’ve struggled for years to find a good brush that actually picks up their hair . Especially with my first dog since he has such unique fur. This brush takes off so much hair its crazy. Im left with a whole ‘nother dog made out of fur. Its unbelievable! I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a dog.
