Dog still scared of grinder.
We have a 3 year old female black lab and she absolutely hates any kind of grooming. It doesnt help that as a puppy she had an accident chasing a car, and now she’s extra sensitive about her paws. So needless to say, trimming her nails is no easy task. Recently I noticed that her nails were totally out of control, and we tried to get a scratching board but that didnt do any good. She refused to use it. So I decided to try this kit. The grinder is very low noise, but unfortunately our dog was still totally freaked out. Thankfully I was able to coerce her with some peanut butter into using the clippers. Was able to clip her nails easily and without any additional stress to the dog. The kit itself is very nice and I just wish our dog would be more cooperative. Maybe one day.
