Updated, company sent replacements! Soft metal, words scratch off!
Update: The company IMMEDIATELY reached out to me to redo our pups tag. They sent me two replacements that had the engraving deeper into the metal. Hopefully the replacement last longer than the original!The metal is not engraved as described. It is a soft metal powder coat overlay that has already scratched off in multiple spots after only two days of basic wear. Not as described and will be unusable within 2 weeks is my guess. The band is bright, and beautiful, with a strong clasp, but that is not what I bought the particular product for.
