KEEP IN FREEZER! It is OIL BASED( worth it)
I bought this not knowing it melts. When i opened it …it was melted and went all over. I wanted to contact the company …but it was my fault for not thinking enough to look into the details of this product. It is in fact oil based.

Probably best to order this in the fall or winter because mine came to me completely melted. It’s currently in the refrigerator but it was a mess

Soft paws
Putting this on my dog a couple times a week has really smoothed his paws. Gives them a silky texture. We walk every day so I try to make sure to hit his paws with this at least twice a week. He hates having his paws touched so it’s a fight or else I put them on daily! Absorbs fast so he doesn’t track it all over the house. I’d recommend it!

Not worth it.
It was melting in the tube when I first received it. I put it in the refrigerator and that did not do any good. It doesn’t stay solid it leak all into the box that it came in

Hard to give an honest review
When I got this product it was melted in the package. We tried to freeze it and then keep it refrigerated it just wasnât the same and was a liquid mess. I am looking forward to reorder when the weather isnât so hot.

My dog lives the taste
My dog licks the balm off right after I put it on. I’m not crazy about putting this balm on because it’s greasy and my dog jumps on the furniture. In my case I just have to apply it when it’s bed time so he lays down. The balm as a stick is only good when you keep it refrigerated, it melts very fast and makes a mess, better on a jar. The oil helps moisturize the paws when they get dry and cracked. I don’t really care for shea butter smell but my dog loves it.

Pampers my pup’s little toes, and then he immediately licks them
This pet paw balm fit right into my dog’s pampering routine. He loves it so much that he’ll go stand next to the table where it sits and he begs until I come put it on him. Perfect product for spoiling him and keeping his skin feeling nice and moisturized after playing around outside. I’m so glad the ingredients seem clean because my dog licks this stuff almost as soon as I rub it into his paws.
