Good toy
This wooden building block named “up up bamboo” is super similar to Lego! Made of high-quality wood, every edge is incredibly smooth. No need to worry about babies getting scratched. My kid built a wobbly tower with it. It’s a total blast! It enables kids to let their imaginations run wild and create unique masterpieces. The $40 price tag is not pricey at all! I’m shelling out for its design and materials. Highly recommended!

High quality stacking blocks
The knob cylinders are high quality, sturdy and priced affordably. If you have a small infant that’s still putting things in their mouth, the smaller of the pieces could be a choking hazard. The box does state that this is a potential choking hazard for children under 36 months. So this is something to keep in mind when purchasing.As far as usability, I can see my 3 year old potentially struggling pulling apart some of the pieces. Its bamboo wood and the kobs fit together tightly. You have to sort of twist while pulling with some force. I think my daughter will get the hang of it, but it will take a bit of learning.A small handful of the blocks came without connective knobs. I am unsure if this is done on purpose as extra pieces or if it’s missing parts. This may be something to look out for upon receiving. Overall, I do think this is a wonderful Montessori toy!

Fun stacking blocks for all ages
I was looking for some simple quality toys to have on hand for when smaller kids come to my home and this set of building blocks provided just what I was looking for. The materials are quality and long lasting and much better than plastic. The design is unique which will help capture attention. There are a varirty of sizes which adds some diversity. There are wooden pegs in some of the stacks that allow for easy connection. I also like that they can be stacked like lincoln logs. They come in a simple drawstring bag for storage and can easily be tucked into a drawer or basket between uses. Perfect for what I was looking for.At the time of this review the Edyfico Wooden Blocks, Building Blocks for Toddlers 1-3 WAVING Building Toys, Stacking Toys for Toddlers, Montessori Toys Open Ended Toy for Kids with Parent-Child Interactive Cards & Canvas Storage Bag Age3+ were listed for $27.99 with and additional 10 % discount available which I feel is a fair price for a quality wooden toy that will last for ages.

Well-turned and finely-sanded spindles
There are rods or axles glued into one side of most pieces so you can push two spindles together. The rods feel secure but I actually don’t think I would let a kid play with them unsupervised until they are the age where they don’t try to ingest things.A storage bag is included which is a nice touch.Cards with designs are included so that you can build different things and teach your kid about abstractionism. The designs take a bit of imagination due to the low voxel density.When ordering them, I interpreted the product description to suggest that they were made out of bamboo, however on reading the description again, it says that they resemble the “shape” of bamboo, which I think is accurate but they are actually made out of beech wood.I am planning on using them in a resin coffee table.

Fun, but hard to prise apart
These ‘bamboo’ blocks will be super fun for my nieces and nephews to play with; you can customize the length by pulling the stacks apart to lengthen or shorten in order to make a bunch of different things.The pieces are almost large enough that tiny kids aren’t going to be able to swallow them, but I would still keep an eye on kids playing with these if there’s a toddler around.The quality of the pieces is fairly high, but on a few of the pieces the holes were mis-centered, so they don’t quite fit together right, and a few of them have such a tight tolerance that I had trouble pulling them apart. I imagine that once they’ve seen some use, that last problem won’t be such a problem anymore.Overall, I think these will be awesome for kids to play with, though.

So much childhood in box of blocks
I am so happy to find natural, nontoxic, imaginative toys for my children. If youâve ever bought the traditional big box store plastic and overly stimulating toys for Christmas and watched your kids âwowâ them only to leave them unused most of the time, thereâs a reason. Those toys that do everything leave nothing for the kid to do. And our kids brains need to work and do to be healthy. Thatâs what this set of open-ended blocks will do for childrenâ¦they will allow the children to use their imaginations, to create, to problem solve, to explore.There are no better block toys on the market than these Edyfico blocks. Get them, you wonât be disappointed.

This is a really great toy
This is made out of real wood, which is great for sustainable toy alternatives. Most toys on the market are made out of synthetic materials. Excellent build quality itâs perfect for my three almost 4 year old son with it being natural wood. We may have an activity where we paint it one day. I think that could be fun. I feel like it has ample parts and pieces to be able to adequately build projects. Itâs a great stem toy.

I’m so impressed with these wooden building toys! The finish is really smooth. Each piece feels like it has been well sanded. The quality is amazing. They will last forever. They are great for placing out in a basket for kids to tinker with. I prefer to keep simple open-ended toys that appeal to a larger age range. My grandkids range from baby to twelve and all but the littlest ones enjoy tinkering with these. The card suggestions are a little odd. I decided to toss mine and let the kids come up with their own ideas. I appreciate the canvas bag. Makes clean up a breeze. Highly recommend!
