Great natural shampoo for sensitive old Schnauzers!
We have two adorable old Schnauzers that are quite sensitive, so we opted to use the Scrubby Tails oatmeal & aloe shampoo (unscented). It’s a really nice shampoo!! We could only test it on one of our boys, as the other has to use a special medicated shampoo. To test it, we used his old oatmeal shampoo on one half of his body and tried Scrubby Tails on his other half. The Scrubby Tails left his fur very soft! It lathers nicely, but not too much, which is good for a pet shampoo. It also rinsed out well!Very happy with the product. It would be nice if it were slightly thicker, but it seems to work just as well as his regular shampoo. I do like that it’s cruelty free and all-natural, and perhaps it is those ingredients which make it a little bit thinner.

Nice, but Overpriced.
I like that it makes the dog’s hair soft and fluffy. I also like that the vanilla scent isn’t overpowering. I like that the shampoo isn’t hard to rinse out of the dog’s hair. In fact, the only thing I would change on this product is the price. Too expensive for the amount of product that you receive.

IMHO it’s too expensive for the quality
My dog is only 25lbs ,so I don’t need much shampoo, but this stuff seems weak. I have a water softener so the sudsing action of soap due to water hardness isn’t an issue. This stuff just seems watered down compared to the last dog shampoo I used. Besides that I have no issues with it except for the price. The price is way too high for this. This stuff should be wish.com pricing. I use a healthy brand of body wash (for myself) that also doesn’t have sulfates, parabens or phosphates and I pay like $25/gallon, here on Amazon. That stuff suds up better than this product!

I really like this dog shampoo! My dog is super fluffy and this soap cleaned him very well. A little goes a long way and it lathers so nicely. The smell is also pleasant!

Full retail is $18. First of all, the scent is amazing. I do love that about this shampoo. The formula also didn’t have any negative affects on my dog’s skin. However, I had a really hard time getting this to suds up, even after adding more water to it on my dog’s fur. That usually doesn’t happen when we bathe. I ended up having to use about 3 times as much shampoo to get my dog washed all over, so definitely using more of this product than the $5 Hartz shampoo from walmart. That said, I would not pay $18 vs $5. IMO other than the scent, this is actually worse than the cheaper version.
