Works and ease of having hair removal from the product

Not sharp or pointy
Some brushes can have metal bristles that I feel are too sharp or pointy for my short hair cat. This brush does a great job of brushing her without scraping her skin. In fact, she likes it! Just push the button and the bristles retract so you can remove the loose hair, so easy! I wish human brushes had that feature! The price point is good and fair for what you get.

Great for long fur dogs, not so much for short hair
If you have a long hair dog, you will like this brush. I have a 40 lb Shar Pei and he sheds 2 times a year… pretty drastically, this brush is not helpful. The bristles are too separated and doesn’t grasp any of his fur. My search continues…
