Works well on long haired dog
My dog has a thick coat and this slicker worked really well on her. Iâve had problems with another slicker not going through her coat but this one worked well.

I love the ease of cleaning the dog hair from this brush. It actually works just like it’s advertised. The brush itself is not bad but I’ve definitely used better ones that are able to collect more hair in a single pass. For the price, though, I’m definitely not complaining at all.Some of those other brushes on the market can get quite pricey! It’s comfortable to hold and light weight but not cheap feeling. I think I may have preferred if it was a little bigger but other than that I was happy with the purchase.

Great product, but has a strong chemical odor
Works well so far. I hope it doesn’t agitate my dogs nose or skin.When I unpackaged it the smell was overwhelming. I washed it with dawn dish soap and vinegar but the smell was still strong so I let it sit out in the sun a few days and that helped. I didn’t want to use it on my dogs if the smell was that strong.

Best Brush for cats and dogs
This actually does what it says. I get a lot of hair off of my cats using this and they luv it. Probably a little big for small cats/kittens, or even small puppies. Highly recommend it for medium to long hair. Doesn’t do much for our short hair dog.

The hair falls off in a matt. This would maybe work well for collecting angora from those animals.
A few brush strokes to fill the bristles then you just retract them with a push of a button and the fur collected drops right off in one rectangular matt.So much easier and less bloody that trying to pull the hair off the bristles with my fingers. 😉
