Great for Large Dogs!
This product is fantastic! I have a large dog – part husky, part yak! – and the grooming tool I was using was fine for my small dog, but just not enough for the beast!This groomer is large enough, very sturdy and removes hair very easily and without snagging. I love that the shed hair comes out of the brush without a struggle as well. I highly recommend this grooming tool for your large dog! Especially if your pup sheds as much as mine does.

Great for long haired dog!
Finally found a brush that works for my long haired pyrenees mix. I didn’t think this would work when I first got it, but it does remove excess hair without pulling.A lot of other brushes just scrape at the top of my dog’s hair it’s so thick, but this reaches down enough so he’s looking groomed and not shaggy.

I have a beautiful Chow Chow. But, her fur can be a trial. So thick and not to mention double coated! Anyway, the curry type brushes just weren’t doing the job and a lot of the other combs, the teeth were just too close together! This comb, however, does a beautiful job. Easy to use, combs all the way without all the pulling and tugging, and Meko now loves to be groomed! Love it!

Removes Long Hair
I love that this is great for my long haired Husky/Sheppard mix. Really removes the loose hair and minor tangles. Also, the ends of the comb are rounded so as not to hurt the dogs, very soothing for them when they get brushed. Very well made, especially for the price point. I will be purchasing another one soon. I highly recommend this product.

Could be better but for the price it’s OK
Arrived with one pin/tine missing (and it was not in the package). Handle is comfortable. Tine spacing isn’t very wide (wish it was wider) and tines themselves aren’t very thick (wish they were thicker and had more rounded smooth tips), which means it’s more scratching than ideal. I find the Staggered Buttercomb much better, but it also costs much more. This is inexpensive and on par with other rakes within this price range, not better and not worse.

Absolutely worth every penny! I have a giant Alaskan malamute and this under coat rake is perfect! Large and solid. Not cheap at all and really gets all the shedding off! Highly recommend!
