I LOVE this litterbox!
Up until recently I had regular run of the mill plastic litter boxes. Then I tried a robo litterbox but it didn’t work as advertised and there was no odor control at all. Which led me to thus litterbox. And I am so glad it did! This litterbox is well designed and the material appears to be quality. The base is stainless steel and the top parts are thick plastic. It comes with a scoop, scoop holder, litter catching step and a very large litter catching pad. The pad in my photos is much smaller than the one that comes with the product. The step has little value for me as my cats are able to get in without it and jump over it upon exiting. Mt 16 pound cat can fit through the doorway wirhout issue. I saw other reviews complaining the door is too small for their Maine coone cat. Those are big cats but in that case, just take the whole front off and leave it off…problem solved. This feature makes claiming the box a breeze. The only part I’m not sure about is the “charcoal” filter at the top. It’s a little carbon thing but how do I replace it? Not sure. Main take away – this litterbox is worth the buy! So much better than a regular plastic one.

This was his first time with a litter box like that. He wonât use it with the flap down but overall he uses it just fine with the door open. lol. No smell comes out, easy to put together and clean. Great, sturdy material. Worth every penny. Itâs big enough for an adult male cat. The top comes off when you push the buttons and clicks back on to ensure itâs stable.

So I got this for my male cat because he was overshooting his other box. Heâs used the same box in the same spot for four years so I was worried about changing to a different box, but I wanted a metal box to cut down on the smell and the cat litter flying all over the place and having to sweep every time he used it so this cut down on the smell The amount of litter on the floor. Itâs easy to use and put together. The transition was pretty easy. I did it in pieces so first the box for a couple of days then the next piece for a couple of days and so heâs not too excited about the flap on the door, but I hope in time he will be. Iâve just left that part off. It was a little bit on the pricey side, but I figured for less litter on the floor and not having to clean up cat urine due to overshooting was the catalyst so if you have a male cat and heâs a big boy, this is the perfect box. Itâs sturdy good sized I would recommend fully.

Kitty litter box
I bought this kitty litter box because of the old one was getting too old. Itâs very large actually I believe it comes in different sizes. I bought the medium. I have two cats that uses. It has a lot of different departments in it. You will have to clean it. itâs not a self cleaning kitty litter, but itâs metal And it does not rust or crack. I like the little step out step to wear if they have any litter on their paws, it shakes in the little step and itâs not as messy, but I do have other things under the kitty litter box their kitty litter pads that theyâre droppings from the kitty litter will go into. I recommend this I give a four stars.

leaks urine through the seams!
I thought this seemingly nice, expansive litter box would be the fix for my small litter nook in my coat room, and it fit in there just perfectly. But that’s where the good things ended. I’ve been using it for several weeks and I’ve noticed a smell coming from that room. Finally removed it from the cubby that I had placed it in and found urine pooled on/ outside of the side seams and on the floor. One of the reasons I bought this litter box was because it was promoted as being great for cats who pee up on the sides of their litter boxes, and it indicated that the “secure” closed lid would not allow urine to leak out. That was wrong. The lid is attached tightly, per the installation instructions, and it clicked into place when I assembled it, yet it is still leaking. Absolutely awful. I’ve had to repaint that section of the room and get a new litter box ASAP! Do not buy this litter box!!
