Very nice quality for the price. My only comment would be to shipping. Item was folded in half for shipping and it didnât regain its proper shape. The cardboard is permanently damaged. This is an easy fix.

Haven’t even had this a month, hardly used, and it broke just as I entered Starbucks. Thank God I wasn’t on my bike! My baby could have been hurt bad!! ð

My cat doesn’t like it
My cat is usually scared of carriers but this was her least favorite. It was also impossible to get her in without her managing to jump out before I could close it. It is too small for her unless she can poke her head through but isn’t comfortable if I make the head hole tight enough to prevent her from jumping out. That said, The hole for the head was very adjustable. Maybe this would be better for a cat who is used to carriers or one that is 6 pounds or less.-Note to cat parents who are looking for a carrier for a scared cat:I finally found a carrier that she likes. It zips her in completly, but is mostly transparent and breathable. She likes it because:a-she can get in and out of it by herself.b-she can see out of itc- It stays put when I wear itd-it has a hard shell so it feels sturdy and doesn’t squish on her.*I introduced it to her by putting a treat in once or twice a day. I left the room afterwards so that she wasn’t scared I would zip it shut while she was inside.I didn’t zip it closed or take her out in it until she was fully comfortable in it and enjoyed being in it.When I did take her out, I gave her a treat after I zipped her in so she didn’t feel tricked.
