POWERFUL, QUIET, LOVE IT.
First time with metal not plastic guides. My dogs have thick, curly, harsh coats. Mini American eskimo/poodle mix. I can carve her into whatever I want. It blasted through very quickly, eliminating hours with previous, plastic guides and a less powerful groomer. Great for the dog as it is very fast and very quiet and cool against their skin grooming session. I Have to get use to it. By the way the metal housing on the groomer never got hot or warm great insulation, plus you’re grooming time is very short. It doesn’t have time to heat up. I have to get my skills adjusted to the speed. It will. Very happy with purchase.

Great tool for the price!
I have 5 dogs, and this trimmer has worked well, so far. It has been much better than the professional clippers that I previously had purchased. The only drawback is the blade dulls rather quickly. However it is still Recommended.

I bought another brand of dog clippers initially, and they didn’t last past 3 groomings. I bought these ones after reading more reviews and finding ones that will work on my dog’s heavy duty coat. These have been great! They have groomed my dogs very easily, putting very little stress on my dogs. I am very happy with this product and recommend this to other dog owners who have dogs with a thicker type of coat.

Very Impressed with the Power
I have used multiple plug in clippers in the past and it seemed like each one would produce uneven cuts and would take multiple passes on our dogs fur. This one powered through on the first pass with no clogging issues or slowing down. I am very impressed! I have used it on one dog with a very thick coat similar to a german shepherd and on our miniature schnauzer. The clippers worked great on both. Definitely worth the extra money for the metal guide attachments. The dogs did not seem to be bothered by these clippers at all and the guides worked so much better. I was able to trim them up in less than half the time of past experiences.

Great for thick coats
Exactly what I was looking for and work exactly as I’d hoped.I’ve struggled with plastic guards due to the flimsy forks and when they get got they seem to melt. These clippers do NOT have that problem.I was also pleased to see that the guards themselves don’t get hot after a long use.I bought these to use on my neighbors Cocker Spaniel and they are perfect.Super quiet, lightweight, easy use, holds battery life and convenient.Highly recommend

Good but BE CAREFUL!
So I have been grooming my own dogs for many years. The goldendoodles have of course been the most work. Purchased this to cut matts out of my young Newfypoo’s face/tail without taking off any more fur than absolutely necessary. And yes it does work well for that but I also tried it for trimming feet/in between paw pads and it was starting to leave tiny cuts so I stopped. I feel like it should come with a short blade guard. I didn’t think it would even be able to cut the skin but it definitely CAN. You would have to be an expert groomer with a very still cooperative dog to not risk cutting their pads. So yes it works great but be careful.

I have a 5lb Yorkie and it is hard to find something small enough to do his feet with. Well this product does the trick. I love that it comes with two heads which can easily be switched out. I use the smaller one for his paws and it works great. The charge on it is good, as it lasts quite a while. It is light in weight and very easy to hold. I love this product.
