Impressive!!!
I am not easily impressed by cat harnesses. I have tried a bunch of them; conservatively 12 different styles, many of which claimed to be ‘escape proof’. None of them were! This one, may come closer than anything I’ve previously experienced! Because it pulls from the girth rather than the neck or shoulders, with proper adjustment would be extremely difficult for the cat to escape. As with all harnesses, it offers the most control from behind. Additionally quite a bit of control from the side! Because of where the leash connects, my cat at least, is substantially less inclined to resist. It is very easy to put on, appears to be very comfortable for the cat to wear, and offers sufficient adjustments to fit the full range of cat sizes advertised. My cat comes close to maximizing the Medium size. He is 14.6 lbs, and measured 18″ at the girth, 10″ at the neck. I made no adjustments to the preset back strap. He likes it and I like it!!! Hope the video and pics are helpful. I have more videos, but I can only upload 1 video per review.

Well-made harness, perfect for my cat
My cat is a long, slender-bodied cat who weighs 9 lbs. Size Small fit perfectly with plenty of room for a thicker cat.I had never trained a cat to wear a harness before but we worked on it consistently every day, and after a few weeks I can safely bring my cat onto my apartment balcony and out of the building to explore the grass and trees.The harness itself seems well-made and comfortable, and it has survived a few attacks of cat displeasure without visible damage. The light weight is perfect for a cat and the reflective material gives a lot of visibility, which is great since my cat is black and I bring him outside in the evenings after work.

I like this cat harness. It fits my 15 lb cat with no problems, and it is built well with plenty of stretch. Easy to use on a squirming cat and it looks and feels secure.

Tighten it!
Cute harness that works as well as you’d expect for a cat. He did manage to slip out once but I just needed to adjust the straps. I just wish the leash was a little longer.

Good butâ¦
I wanted to love this harness and almost did. I have 2 main issues with it.The first being that of the cat pulls on it at all it will cause it too loosen and become big enough the cat can squeeze out. That is not a huge thing with my boy Bowie because he doesnât mind the harness or being outside but if you have a skittish cat this harness may not be safe for them.My second issue is the stitching on it. I had only used it a couple times and the stitching in the leash came undone making it a lot less useful. Luckily I had ahold of Bowie so he didnât go anywhere. But it could have been bad.If you have a fairly chill cat or one that has been harness trained this harness will work ok. If you are trying to train your cat or they are flighty than you definitely need to get a more secure harness and leash.

Worked well for a carrier-escaping cat!
My cat looks like the one in the picture, so of course I had to get this harness for him â but it worked very well for him during a long road trip. He hates collars but hasnât minded this harness. He also has broken out of two carriers in three years, the first being the cardboard carrier from his adoption, the second being a vinyl and mesh carrier similar to the Amazon Basics one. For whatever reason, collars and carriers distress him, but this harness was comfortable and easy to put on! (I bought the Medium size, heâs 14.5 lbs and very large)I was able to unclip and re-fasten this harness fairly easily when he got tangled in it during the car ride. He did manage to slip out of it a couple times, but mostly on accident â once was when he hid under the car upon arrival and we tried to pull him out via the harness and it slipped over his head. So while not entirely escape-proof, it seems pretty secure for everyday activities, and was easy to guide him with when he tried to move around while the car was in motion. It was a lifesaver when all other options failed!

Cat harness
I was trying to take my cat for a walk, it took her a little bit of time to get used to it. But she was pretty compliant once I put it on her. Every once in a while I put it on her and she completely flops down lol but itâs pretty easy to assemble and pretty comfortable for her. It seems pretty safe, she doesnât really get out of it at all. The leash is pretty cute too, the buckle was easy to assemble.

Tether too short and doesn’t adjust
Harness had great adjustability, and our cats like it. However, the leash part is on the short side and does not adjust. A longer would be helpful to truly allow them to explore the great outdoors.Am buying a second one for the other cat so they can be outside together, and will make a longer leash.
