I told him to pay it forward, but Iâve never experienced such wonderful customer service and willingness to make things right. This is a fantastic product, truly. Itâs easy to move, lightweight, sturdy, and it fits perfectly with any decor. Iâm grateful I purchased this bassinet and from THIS seller specifically.I set it up 38 weeks pregnant, so up on that. But I received it with a circular burn hole through the side.

We got this brand new in the box. We finally put it together and it has a strong chemical smell and has a burn mark on the side netting. We had to air it out in the garage. It took a minute to put together so it wasnât worth disassembling to send it back for a refund. Just sucks it came damaged and Amazon wouldnât do anything but demand to return it without replacement. Neither my husband nor I are smokers so it was def not from us.

Love the color
So I purchased this bassinet because of the color. It matches the room. However the mattress it comes with is so thin and my son wonât sleep on it unless I put extra padding on it. Sometimes the breaks on the wheels lock by themselves so makes it a hassle to wheel around. It was very easy to assemble and I like that you can lower one side a bit to have your baby sleep at an angle to help with reflux. Overall, I would recommend.

Our baby girl suffered from severe reflux. We bought this bassinet hoping the incline feature will help her reflux. It did! Value, Features, and Functionality = Top notch. Definitely recommend to anyone.
