Cat went bonkers for it!!
The cat purchased for RARELY goes bonkers for a toy…that lasts a while. Usually 1/2 day she is interested. We are about a week since she received it and still fights you for it!

My cats adore these, the largest silvervine I could find. They are large enough to be kickers and the cats have a blast rolling around with them.

Works…for a little bit.
My cat was curious about it initially, but after the first day he kind of just ignores it. And like with any organic material, the potency will drop once opened. This is no exception once you remove it from its vacuum seal. Don’t expect your cat to gnaw at this with its teeth unless it typically does with other objects. Mine kind of just used it like a kicker and also rubbed itself against it a bit, just like it does with catnip objects.

Ridicules ‘cat toy’…
I assumed these sticks would be infused with catnip and from the photo, I thought they might have a cushiony layer that my cat could get her claws into. NOPE. These truly are hard STICKS with the bark still on, wrapped in string, and they are heavy. My cat sniffed them for a minute without having a ‘catnip’ reaction, and they are too big and too hard to play with. She walked away and I wasted my money. I actually cut one in half on my chop saw to see what was inside. It is a hardwood stick with bark and no sign of catnip in the twine wrapped around it. Good luck if you want to try it.

My boy loves these!
I think it’s the fruit ball that’s attached honestly. He goes for these every time, I give him one and I put the other one away. If he sees where I put them, then he’s climbing opening the cabinet trying to get to it. Worked this time he got ahold of the other one, took it out of the package and I caught him in the living room floor happy as a lark. He’s such a brat!So, I’d say smell is great if your a cat, quality is really good, value for the money…I’d say these are priced great, you get two! And they are big.Thanks for a great product!

Scent doesn’t last long. at all.
Pro: I really like how the sticks are wrapped in sisal, with the raffia on the ends. Cons: My cats played with the silvervine sticks, for about 10 minutes, when they were fresh out of the pack. I put them away in a sealed bag and gave them back to the cats the next day. The cats were less enthusiastic and only played with the sticks for a minute or two, tops. I waited a few days before giving the sticks back, but the cats lost interest. I would have purchased this item again if it lasted longer.
