Finally what I was looking for
I have a pit and he is all muscle. While trying to train him, he would literally drag me down the street. I tried many harnesses to the point my husband was getting annoyed that I kept purchasing different ones. Someone mentioned this harnesses to me and I started to read reviews. Decided to try this one and found exactly what I was looking for. The leash itself I do not use, purchased a different one and it easily works with the harness. You do not need to double clip if you donât want to and still have much more leverage than a front clip. Will absolutely purchase this again when and if I need another one. The material that rubs against the dog is super soft and durable, no more rashes or missing fur patches. Since price point .

Love the new harness
I sure do love this new harness. It fits my girl so well. With the ability to buckle her leash on either the front of her chest or behind her shoulders, it’s easy to go for a simple walk or hike. The softness of the harness on her chest area makes it easy for her to wear the harness for longer periods of time without the fear of it rubbing or chaffing.I’ve had to throw it in the washer, and it washed up really well and held its true color also!

Works great for walking . I only use the ring on the chest. Stopped him from pulling immediately.He is a working dog(SAR) He does not wear this harness when working because then he is in charge.I could fit better. The small is too tight and the next size is a bit too big. Since these harnesses are adjustable I would suggest making the harnesses so the sizing adjustment overlap. /

I have used the 2 Hounds Design Freedom No Pull Dog Harness for years on my personal dogs and couldn’t be happier with it. I also get one for each of my foster dogs to go home with and recommend it to other fosters. This harness is incredibly durable and features a soft velvet under-chest strap that provides comfort while still offering the control of a full-body martingale. Unlike other harnesses that seem to encourage pulling, this one teaches my dogs to walk nicely and with respect. It’s a game-changer for easy and stress-free walks. Highly recommend for any dog owner looking for a reliable and comfortable no-pull harness!

Best harness for training
This design of harness is not only perfect for a dog in general, it is great for training. I foster for a dog rescue, founded by a dog trainer, and these are the only harnesses we are allowed to use. It does not choke or harm the dogs neck/esophagus like a choke or prong collar. It helps you more easily redirect the dog the direction you want to them to turn/go to. It does not encourage pulling against you like a harness that clicks the leash to the back. They are well made and come in many assorted colors. I highly recommend this for any dog. One extra tip, for additional security, attach the leash to the front/chest ring AND to the collar.

Easy to chew off.
I purchased this product at the request of our trainer. Itâs worked well for about 4 weeks. Yesterday I waited an hour before removing and my dog had already chewed it off. He hates this harness but when walking I feel like heâs safe and wonât escape. Iâm going to purchase one more only because itâs preferred by our trainer. I find the product to be flimsy and the strap that he chewed was thin. For reference we have a corgi.

Fit’s well and it’s has soft material especially around the legs. The front loop helps control him better. Top loop works well for hooking him to the car latch. Best harness I’ve found and he’s only one and half yrs old now. For a 100 lb dog, yes I’d buy it again.

I bought this pink one almost one year ago. I’ve attached photos of my second, much older harness to compare. My 30lb dog broke free while wearing the pink harness. That was a really bad moment. The purple harness is being used by my 60lb dog and it’s at least 4, maybe even 5 years old and it’s still going strong. So positive and very negative review.

I have a 70lb scent hound. He is muscular and strong. I also live in a climate that gets very cold and icy in the winter, so if he pulls I am at risk of slipping and falling. Even with consistent leash training, being a scent hound sometimes if he gets a scent he wants he still pulls. This harness is a life saver and makes it easier for me to walk him especially when clipping the leash in the front. It is sturdy, easy to fit and put on, and helps minimize how much he can pull. The only downside is that my hound has almost no fur under his arms (typical to this breed) and it therefore rubbed him a bit there. If he had a bit more fur there I donât think this would be an issue. I fixed this quickly by sewing up a fleece sleeve to slip over the strap under his arms. This is the second time I purchased this harness, my last one worked perfectly for three years before the buckle slipped. That is a great amount of use considering I use it daily, several times a day on a large, strong dog. I tried a few harnesses before finding this gem.
