Pretty much useless-
The photo used for the grinders are not even remotely close to what I received. The fine grit on these will get too hot for grinding dog nails. Also of note that the “cupped” end is absent on the bits I received.

Great tool for dogs nails!!!
I used this for the first time a couple days ago. I used it on my two dogs nails. It worked great!!!! I have used the sandpaper type with my rotary tool for years and saw these and had to give them a try. The finished nail was much smoother and the nail itself didn’t get hot when grinding on it, which both dogs enjoyed!! For that reason alone I find this a great tool for taking care of my dogs nails!!!

I bought this for my lab and coonhoundâs nails, we do toenails every week. This is one of those things that you have to go in knowing that it is not the âanswer to all prayersâ kind of thing. I still use a sanding pad on their nails first, and then I use this to finish up. I think it does a good job, but be careful, it is still a tool that can take the hide off if you arenât watchful when using it. Overall, it is a good purchase, just know this is not the $$$ pricey dimagroove bit, and make your decision from there.

I was using a normal sandpaper bit to do my dogs nails before. It would take over half an hour on the fastest speed and several breaks for my hands to uncramp. These were a GAME CHANGER. It’s cut the time down dramatically, I only need to use the 2nd speed and I finish before my hand cramps. I will never go back.
