These are great. They are definitely good quality, and the perfect size for me. They are also comfortable to use.

Comfortable for flat larger breasts
The silicone ring helps to keep flange in place while using with pumping spray. It is comfortable and fits nicely around my larger size but somewhat flat breast structure. 42DD with wide breasts and these cover a decent portion of breast tissue. More comfortable on my nipples than the standard 90 degree angle of regular flanges. And these donât slip around as easily while moving around during a pump session. Hoping they hold up to a few months of use at least before I get replacements. Definitely recommend if you donât have the standard perky or firm breast tissue!

True to size, fits my pump well, comfortable
Grabbed this to use with my Lansinoh pump so that I didn’t have to keep track of the tiny inserts. It was a good fit and was comfortable due to the silicone rings. It stays put with good suction. Good option for a more comfortable fit.

Feels comparable to official Medela parts
I needed a smaller flange for my hand pump (Medela Harmony) that only came with a 24mm. These flanges fit perfectly and have a near identical feel to the one that came with the Medela pump.

Another way to get the proper sized flanges for medela products
I am a spectra user but wanted to try these flanges out (in case I get the medela harmony sometime). I like the shape (they are wider than your typical flanges) and the soft rim doesn’t leave marks on my chest. I do think the rim is a little flimsy and I get nervous that they will fall off or get ripped off if they get caught on something. Other than that I think this is a good product and will continue to use it.

Compatible and comfortable
My wife needed extra flanges and these work perfectly. They have soft outer ridges and make them comfortable while pumping. She doesn’t leak and are easy to clean. I highly recommend having these as backups as they are comparable to the Medela ones.

Comfortable
These flanges were great replacements for the original Medela flanges we had been using. Another plus is that we were able to get the size we needed, so we no longer need to use inserts that also need to be washed.

This style flange is amazing, itâs so much more comfortable that the traditional hard plastic ones, this curves with me better to get a better seal. Easy to clean.
