Great for dog baths
These brushes are so much easier than using a brush with a handle. You can get a good grip since it fits well in the palm of your hand. The one brush with the stainless bristles is great for brushing before a bath and after. The rubber bristle brush works great for shampooing. I have 3 lab mixes and one has very thick fur. It’s hard to rinse shampoo out of her thick fur. The rubber brush is great for not only applying the shampoo, but it works well to rub through thick fur to get shampoo out. After their bath I use the stainless bristle brush to get any additional loose fur off. This has worked well the 4 times I’ve used it on all 3 of my dogs. The rubber brush also dries well.

I got this set of grooming brushes because the palm-held design make them more ergonomical and easier to keep up a brushing routine if youâre already petting your furry friend. This grooming set is effective and easy to use! The slicker brush removes loose fur and tangles well, while the soft rubber brush is gentle on the skin and helps distribute shampoo evenly. The brushes are comfortable to hold and easy to clean. I’m pleased with the quality and the results I’ve achieved.

Sturdy and good quality brushes. They work well on dogs with slick hair and semi curly hair, but wouldn’t recommend them for dogs with truly curly hair because the “knobs” on the end of the bristles could get tangled.

Good tools for dog baths
These both fit well in the hand – allowing for a sure grip. The material is very sturdy. There are 2 tools in this kit, One is a hand tool with rubbery nubs on it for a nice way of massaging the soap into the fur and skin. It’s nice to use for my pup because it causes no irritation for my pets while giving my hands a break. The other tool is also very easy to hold and hang onto in slippery/soapy conditions. It’s great for detangling their fur while it’s still wet and soapy. Both tools make dog washing just a bit easier.

2 PC Dog Brush Set
This is a durable set of 2 dog brushes. They work well on short, or long, hair. They are great for deshedding or bathing. They fit in the palm of your hand. The bristles are sturdy but not too stiff. Makes a nice gift. I actually got a set for my adult son, along with several other dog items, to make a doggy gift basket for his pets for Christmas. These are great item for something like this. They are a good value and quality. I recommend them.

Dogs do well with being groomed with these brushes
I have a malamute mix with very long hair, and a new husky with shorter fur. Both shed as such breeds tend to do.Both brushes work on the shorter coated dog. She is just learning to be handled by humans, and she seems to be okay with the bristled brush and loves the rubber massage brush.On my long coated dog, I can use the rubber massage/bathing brush daily and get a lot of silky hair out of his coat. I use the bristled brush for his flounces and tail. Both remove a lot of fur that is then kept from entering my house.The brushes are comfortable to hold with arthritic hands, helping me groom them longer.

I have a 10 pound dog and 25 pound dog who both shed like they’re large golden retrievers. And they really don’t respond well to getting brushed with those deshedder brushes. I liked that there were two options here – I figured that increases my chances of them liking at least one of them. I’ve had good luck with the silicone one. They don’t run away when they see the brush and I can brush them for as long as I need to. The brush does a good job of “catching” the hair. One mild nit is that you’ll need a toothpick or some other tool to get the hair out of the brush. The shape of the brush and the hair being relatively short means that you can’t really pull the hair out yourself. Still excited to actually have a tool to help with this pet confetti all over my home.
