These were not all my favorite Little Golden Books but they might be your favorites. The collection looks great, and I plan to use it as a gift for a great-granddaughter. I may buy another set for the youngest, even though they are much too young at present. But this is a 75th Anniversary Issue, and I’ve read Little Golden Books all my life.

These are not the complete stories but badly shortened versions. What a dissappointment. Possiblyy only recommend for only very small chilren with no attention span. My kids would not have put up with them. I got these for grandkids but this set will probably just end up at Good Will.
