Worth every penny!
My 5 year old Great Dane developed a red, pussy, oozing hot spot on her back hock that she could not stop licking. My resident horse person said to try this and get whichever was cheaper this or the equine version. This stuff is amazing! I used it once and the next day it looked like a normal âsoreâ. I used it a second time, and the following day the spot was almost completely healed up and the color of her black skin. It seems pricey, but a little goes a long way and it works!

What this cream did to help my poor Chihuahuaâs ears is amazing!! It helped heal the raw (hot) spots, stopped the scratching at her ears, after the first application. After 2 applications one of the very raw looking hot spot was almost gone. It is an odorless cream and not a greasy ointment. This stays on better, heals better than the prescription ointment I was using. Amazing stuff !!!

One of my Senior horses has a chronic hot spot and this is the only ointment I’ll use on her. It’s ingredients are good for her wound and since the consistency of Silver Honey is more like a paste, so it stays on, even during hot Summer months. Yes, it’s pricey but worth it.

I have been buying the cream for a few years now because my dog gets occasional hot spots in the summer, and I swear NOTHING heals them faster. I use it daily in combination with a weekly medicated shampoo, and the spot is usually healed within a week or two.As others have said, the cream IS a bit sticky, and if your dog has longer hair, it’s best to cut the area down as much as you can without harming them in order to make sure the cream gets down onto their skin. But if you prefer, there is a more liquid spray version. I just find that the cream stays on their skin a little better, though.It seems to offer almost immediate pain and itch relief, and there is not a strong smell to it, it really smells mildly like honey if anything.The size of the cream bottle seems small for how much you’re paying, but a little really goes a long way so honestly it’s a good value. One tube can last me a whole summer or longer, so the overall quality of the product really is great all around.I would and WILL buy this product again and again!

I have a poodle mix named Ollie, that has these little bumps on his skin. One of those bumps turned big and looked like the beginnings of a cyst of some sort but didnât hurt him at all. I decided after reading anotherâs poodle owner’s review (stating her poodles get bumps and uses this) to try it. It worked like a charm, flattening the bump and making it totally disappear. This stuff is great, saved me a visit to the vet. My vet previously inspected these bumps and wasnât concerned, but when it turned big I was debating on whether to take him in. But it didnât bother him at all, so a googling I went. Saw this product and did some research on it and decided to give it a try. I am so thankful I did!
