Never lost again
I bought this tag for my bulldog because she travels out of town with us quit a bit. They were delivered when they said they were going to be here their package was securely fastened. The product looked exactly like the picture on the computer. Very easy setup directions were very very very easy to follow I do recommend this product if you have an animal that tends to get out or you travel with your animal. Worth every dime

Needs a stronger ring
Nice product with easy and user friendly set up. Good size to be noticeable and scannable on collar. The biggest downfall is the ring that is sent with it. It is incredibly flimsy. A young or active pet can easily loosen it from the ring (like my dog did in the matter of a day). Luckily I found a heavy duty ring and clip that works better. Second downfall would be the lack of option to show only the phone number when privacy control is enabled. I love that privacy control blocks the address but would like to at least have phone number easily available. Not a bad price for 2 tags.

These tags arenât too bad and I love the idea of them but the outside plastic gets scratched up to the point that you can hardly even see the QR code.

I like the features on these tags. They have good privacy settings, the pack of 2 tags are a good size so in case your pet does get lost, someone will be able to see the tag easily.

They are easily chewed; not sturdy. A little too big for a smaller dog. I think these would better fit a large breed dog 20+ lbs

So easy to set up!
This couldn’t have been easier to set up. Scan QBR with phone, add dog’s details, load a picture if you want, hit save.I’m especially delighted that there are 2 tags in the package. I was able to create an entry for both my dogs on one account.The only drawback is the super small connection ring. It was very difficult to work with. That said, included with each tag is an easy to open ring that hooks onto it to attach to the collar. I didn’t use it because it would make the tags hang a bit low. I’m not taking any stars off, though. Overall, these little tags are great!I highly recommend.

These are really neat and easy to use. I couldn’t give 5 stars because I bought them for outdoor cats and they are much too heavy for break away cat collars so my cats have already lost them all. However on that note they do work because we have gotten calls from neighbour’s finding the collars and tags.
