Unbuckle the buckle at the back of the carrier, wrap it around the trolley bars, and re-buckle to ensure the carrier is secured to the trolley.

This would be great if it came with the wheels.
Another delivery without wheels . I noticed a few comments that the wheels didnât come and figured that was the reason for frequent returns. And now mine came with no wheels. Nice case but it needs wheels. Not sure of the way the handle just stays straight.

A Decent Wagon For Pets
We had a problem with this wagon, right off the bat. No instructions. We were able to figure out how to put it together, but it took a while. We have two cats, who fit in the wagon nicely, but it’s also good for small dogs. Once we had it together, we tried to get our cats into it. One was no problem. Once inside, he started to check it out, including scratching the walls. The other cat looked at it, sniffed at it a bit, then walked away.We don’t really have any plans to fly anywhere, but it was nice to take them outside with us, for a walk. These cats are not allowed outside unless they are in some kind of encloser, and this wagon works perfectly. It gave them the opportunity to be curious without running away.I can see how helpful this wagon will be when we go to the park, camping, or traveling somewhere in the car. It folds up relatively easily, so storage isn’t much of a problem.

Such a bad quality and I received a used carry on. Wheels have been used before and the front wheels donât fit.It doesnât deserve this one star either.

I didn’t get wheels
I’m really let down by my item. The carrier looked promising at first, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The lack of wheels made it completely useless for me, and the overall design seems to prioritize features over the actual comfort of my pet. The fabric was poorly assembled, with uneven padding, and it doesn’t provide adequate airflow when closed up for travel. It’s clear that this carrier falls short in terms of practicality, especially for longer trips. I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my cat in it for extended periods of time.

great for pets on the go
I bought this so I could take my cats on walks. They like to be on the leash, but sometimes they decide they are tired and just want to lay down. The backpack carriers can be heavy, but this rolling bag is awesome! It helps me not be so tired from carrying my kitties myself. The bag itself also expands, so if you stop to take a break anywhere you can let your pets stretch their legs a bit. I thought this was a great feature!

Really like the design but the quality of the underlying pad is not good
First, the positives:+Smart design, everything has a good zipper, lightweight wire frames, flaps that come down and Velcro to block the screens to settle pets+very light carrier if you disconnect the roller base+Roller base handle extends out quite well so itâs easy to pull even for someone tall, which is adjustable+Looks good and works well+Has a bottom layer of padding between wheel base and carrier+Every zipper opening also has a way to roll it up out of the way and a buckle to keep it closed when zippered closed+I really like that the mesh sides expand out so you can give the pet a good view and more space. We open one side while we have our small cat in the car and she loves it.Negatives-See picture, the seems of the padded layer were ripped wide apart on the one I received. Fresh out of the box and it has already fallen apart – big negative in my mindIf I ignore the padded layer issue (which can easily be taken out and not used) itâs great – 4 or 5 stars. I gave it 3 because of the one negative. I recommend it overall though.
