So much fun
Very neat. I as an adult even enjoyed playing with them. My infant plays with the textures. My 2yo matches the colors to things!

As pictured
I have not used these yet and will update my review accordingly but they are exactly as pictured and will make a great addition to our baby’s sensory toy collection! I love how many there are and so many different textures. It seems to be a great collection.

Potentially dangerous for infants
I thought this would be great during tummy time. Child loved it and enjoyed it but then I noticed small pieces coming off and more ready (see image). This is a choking hazard for infants so be sure to remove the tiles where items can come off. I knew the red sequence one from the start was not for her age but did not expect this from the orange one.

Lots of learning
My toddler loves these stars. She will name all the colors and textures, and insist I feel them all. She will also name and mimic the emotions of the faces on the stars.

Entertaining
Kids loved them for a while but they got bored of them, there isnât many uses for them but maybe for other reasons they would be great?

6″ Sensory Squares
Very nice diverse set of sensory squares. Actual tactile surface is 6″x6″, with a half inch border…making the squares 7″x7″. The smaller sample tiles are roughly 3.5″ across with a well secured 1″ loop at the top.The variety of colors and textures make for lots of input stimulation options, and does a pretty good job of holding attention and interest. Was able to use this with older kids too. We used this as an opportunity to understand how our other senses worked my searching for matches while blindfolded.

Pretty entertaining
My six month old really enjoyed feeling each one of these and crinkling the crunchy stuff. These were a boredom buster for a long car ride and it kept her entertained for a while. They are pretty big in size for the most part, it did come with a few smaller ones that I wouldn’t give her while I didn’t have constant eye contact on her but a great product overall.

Large mats are sufficient
Sensory Mats are one item that is pretty much collected because of my kiddo (has ASD) so Iâm comparing these ones against others. Finding different varieties, shapes, colors etc to rotate helps prevent boredom in our case and allows for more engagement. With that said, the mats arrived in a transparent type bag/sleeve with only a barcode sticker basically and regular scotch tape to seal it. No labeling of any kind. All 20 mats were accounted for. Each appeared unused. Larger square mats are made much better than I originally thought they would be considering what they arrived in. Really like that each mat offers a different tactile experience. Border on the larger mats is nicely done, no fraying or excess strings hanging. Wish the squares were a bit thicker though. I initially got these specifically because of the smaller circles. The textures correlate to the animals on the front either by color/texture. They looked like the perfect size to take on the go, to school, other environments, etc. I saw in the description that the small circles have built in squeaky paper but this sounds like youâre bundling up a handful of crinkle papers and squishing them like mad. These ones ended up being shoved behind the couch and if attempted to retrieve them I was stopped. Quality control also really lacks with the small circles. It seems like two fabric pieces were cut out quickly in a circular type shape and they put a loud crinkle sheet in the center then raced each other to see who could sew them together faster. Threading is on both the inside and outside. A few are seriously paper thin. Iâve already unstitched a few and taken out to crinkle sheet and replaced with cotton balls, you would never know I did that by the quality of the others because itâs basically the same stitching. Overall I think thereâs much better options available when it comes to sensory mats considering the price point. If it will be beneficial to your child to have numerous different options these may work for you.
