Easy to clean, and covers a wide area
I am not using this for a baby, not a human one at least. I am using t his to cover the bottom of a new puppy enclosure and it is doing really well. You probably will not have to clean poop off of your matt if you are using it for a human, but if you do, you should know that this matt cleans up well with no visible stains. I think that if it can handle ten puppies, it will definitely be able to handle your little one as well.

this splash mat for under the highchair is amazing.. it has made it so much easier to clean up after mt daughter eats. before getting this mat i had to sweep and mop more frequently now i don’t have to as much. now i can just roll up the mat and shake outside then wash in the washer on cold then hang dry…

Not just for babies!
My babies are all teenagers, but we do have a very messy pet parrot, and this is the best solution I’ve found so far for covering our hardwood floor underneath his cage. More environmental friendly that disposable options, and more convenient than a chair pad that’s a pain to take outside to clean.The surface is a breeze to spot clean daily, or pick up and shake off outside, and it’s easy to throw in the wash when needed. The rolling cage wheels easily make it over the edge without it bunching up, even though I have it doubled-up on one side to accomodate the space.One of my worries whenever getting something like this is it’s going to have that plastic-y stink – but I’m glad to report this did not! Just barely an odor out of the package (which I suspect was the plastic packaging, not the mat). A little stinky when wet between the wash & dryer, but came out of the dryer fresh and 100% odor free, so I felt totally safe putting it near our pet, since birds have notoriously sensitive respiratory systems.I can think of so many uses for this – under litter boxes, crafting activities, potting stations – pretty much any messy scenario. Really appreciate that the seller offers this is a more neutral palette that doesn’t scream ‘baby’ so it blends in.

Great splash mat
I got this initially for my daughters first birthday party but we use it every day now. Itâs especially coming in handy now that sheâs growing into a temperamental toddler. The top is easy to clean. The bottom has the non slip stuff so it doesnât slide on hard floors. We donât use that feature much but it does seem to work pretty well. Itâs exactly what you need it for.
