Was super excited to use this for my baby, I loved the softness, color, and cute little ears and tailâ¦.. I open the package and inspect it and itâs missing a Velcro strap on the outside and is totally unusable smh. Of all Velcro straps to be missing, itâs missing the very strap needed to complete the swaddle. My baby is due tomorrow and thereâs no time to do the exchange process to use it in the hospital which is the very reason I bought it. Simply disappointingâ¦. Wish I could have given it no stars at all

It was cute at first, but baby barely had leg room to begin with as a newborn, then after the first wash it looked frayed, used, discoloured, even though I hand washed and air dried. Too bad I was too busy as a new mom to return it and get a refund in the right time frame. I regret spending money on this.
