Durable inside
My dogs are super chewers, and I canât use toys with stuffing. These are a great way for them to enjoy the fun outer layer, with a very durable central toy once they get the outside portion off.

Great toy, satisfies the shredder in my pup, and additionally, durable toy underneath. Please note, for your buddy’s safety, use with human supervision only. The toy underneath is more durable than most, but it’s not indestructible for the most focused of chewers. Ernie votes 5 stars for FUN and 4 stars for durability.

We love the smash potato!
I bought the smash potato for my senior pittie after her favorite BarkBox Super Chewer squeaky hedgehog got lost during a move. Since that toy is no longer made, this seemed like a good substitute. It was an instant hit!I ordered the large because she’s still a very destructive and powerful chewer, even at her age, and I was concerned the small would be too small. The large is much larger than expected, but she still manages to get a good grip on it and even crush it.We’ve had it a week now and even with five dogs, it’s still got most of its fleece cover intact – and not for lack of trying, because between my pittie and my American Bulldog, nothing really lasts long. They’d just rather squish the ball than shred the cloth (for now!)I do actively supervise all of my dogs with any toys that have fabric, and this one is no different. The last photo shows how stringy the material is when shredded – the stringy material is like heavy duty thread, and got caught between my pittie’s teeth (which happens with any cloth toy she gets; that’s why I watch her!) A dog prone to swallowing fabric would potentially face a very serious intestinal issue if this was swallowed, and that’s why it’s important to actively supervise your dog with any toys!Overall, we love this durable toy, and when it finally dies, I’ll be happy to spend the money on another one!

Great for a big chewer
He loves it. He gets to trash it and out pops another toy. It’s annoying to always pick up fluff when he get stuffed toys. But my english bulldog loves it.

Toy inside is too soft
I thought this toy was supposed to be for aggressive chewers. My dip pulled it open and the toy inside was soft and my dog destroyed it quickly.It was not worth the price I paid.

Her favorite present
My furbaby just loved this toy! She hasnât left it alone since she got it for Christmas. Iâm surprised it hasnât been eaten yet lol, so I guess itâs 5 stars for durability and for how much she loves it! I will say it is very heavy! Sheâs 45 pounds and lugs it with ease, but I definitely think itâs way heavier than most toys.

Toy holds up!
I bought this toy for Christmas for my dog who chews up all toys within minutes of starting to play with them. This toy was NOT one of them. It took my dog over an hour to get the outside cover off but it has been over a week now and he hasnât chewed up this toy despite chewing heavily on it. I will definitely buy a similar one for him in the future.

Very cute and she loves but in 6 hours she chewed fabric open. I know there is a toy under but hoping the soft part that she loves would last longer.
