This seat cover is exactly what I needed! I have been on the hunt for a seat cover since I got my new car 7 months ago. I have two huskies who walk around on the front seat with their little claws threatening the leather. Also, I needed protection against wet dog, mud, and fur. Oh, the fur!So what sets this cover apart from the others I’ve ordered (and returned). First and foremost, it has a rubbery backing on the seat area. If you have leather seats, this is an absolute must! The rubber prevents the seat area from slipping on the leather (or fabric) when sliding in and out of the car. This was the main reason I returned three other seat covers before finding this one!Next, it was extremely easy to install. The seat area has a fitted lower section, so you slip that on. Then pull the back up and clip the straps around the headrest. Then there is a bolster tube where the top and bottm meet and you push it through the crease in the seat. Grab it from behind, give it a gentle pull, and it’s done! I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it fits the seats well.It also cleans up really well. I’ve wiped mud off of it and had wet dog that never seeped through to the actual seat. Running a damp cloth over the cover also pulled all that glorious husky fur right off. My pups are going through a shed right now, so this was a great thing!Overall, I love this seat cover, especially compared to the other ones I’ve tried. It fits, stays in place, is easy to install, looks good, and cleans nicely.

I scoured the reviews on a few seat covers before purchasing this one. They all seem pretty comparable but I was drawn to the fitted skirt. I’m pretty anal when it comes to my car and messy covers would drive me bonkers. Super coverage for the leather, tight fit so it’s not going anywhere. It doesn’t have any funky smell and the material seems solid and durable. All black so it blends in with my black interior. I love it!

Great Value, Effective Product!
Although I haven’t had it long and can’t vouch for it’s durability, the fit and finish is great. The material choice was brilliant and the simplicity of installing and removing is convenient. What I like about it is that it covers the entire seating area and back rest without interfering with your newer car’s seat air bag system. Not that your pooch needs an air bag but, since there is weight on the seat, a seat cover that restricts proper discharge of the air bag could prove problematic for the driver! And….it could save your pooches life!I don’t leave the cover on unless I take my dog with me. When I decide to do that, it literally takes less than 30 seconds to put the cover on the seat and even less to take it off.The material sheds hair easily so when you are done using it, shake it out and most hairs will come off. The rest can be brushed off or taken off with package tape.Finally, the material repels muddy paws and seems to be effective at preventing seepage to your seat fabrics or leather.Only time will tell how well it holds up but at the current price point, I wouldn’t object to replacing it once a year if needed.

BarksBar Front Seat Cover Overall is a Good Product
The BarksBar front seat cover is a good product. It is a good fit for the bucket seat in my Nissan Altima. I like the coverage it gives around the bottom of the seat and the additional elastic in the skirt bottom. It was easy to pull it on over the headrest with the adjustable strap. It has straps that also secure it under the bottom of the seat. Those were a little more difficult to maneuver. There are two straps; one on each side. Reaching under the seat, pass the leavers and coils was a little tricky but is manageable. Because of that it took me about 10 minutes to put it on. Once it was on, it was secure. I had two smaller dogs sitting on the seat, one 21 pounds and the other 11 pounds. The cover did not move, slide or give. The upper portion of the cover fits over the center of the seat and extends outward with two flanges that you unfold. They do not reach quite to the ends of each side of the seat but do offer adequate coverage of the seat. The coverage would be better if it wrapped around the edges and was secured with an additional strap. The stitching and craftmanship looks like quality work. There were no loose threads along the seams. I’ve only used it once and cannot address the waterproof quality. My dogs had a little dirt on their paws when they got in the car, the dirt wiped right off. Overall a good product and generally meets my needs.

Amazing product
I have the BarksBar cover for my backseat and I was looking for a seat cover for my front seats that would match. My backseat one doesn’t have the diamond pattern to it so I wasn’t quite sure how it would look and fit. I decided I was going to buy one and test it out. I ordered one and it showed up quickly.I have a 1500 Ram Express truck so I wasn’t quite sure if it would be big enough. I’m super excited to say that it fits perfectly. I have the side air bags in my front seats so I can’t have anything that hangs over the side of the seat, would hinder or interfere with the air bug, or something could tear off and end up being projectile. I am very happy with the quality of the material. These are waterproof just like that rear seat covers. There is a non slip surface on the underside of the seat part. The bottom part of the cover is stretchy on the sides and has a the tougher fabric down the front.This will be perfect for me personally for my drivers seat. I work in a machine shop where it’s not uncommon for me to end up with oil or grease on me. This cover will stop it from soaking through to my actual seat. I can take the cover off and scrub it down if I need to. The stretchy strap I just have situated behind the seat cover since I don’t use it due to my air bags. This seat cover stays pretty cool to the touch and you don’t stick to it if you have shorts on. It also stays put nicely just by the seat anchor, the strap at the head rest, and the strap that keeps the stretchy part held down.I will be purchasing a second one for my passenger seat. I highly recommend this to any for everyday use with humans or animals.

Me gustó que, como se ve en las fotos, tiene el broche superior, el elástico medio para agarrar al respaldo del asiento, y un broche cercano al piso; todo esto ha mantenido en su lugar el cubreasiento. Tengo un Jack Russell Terrier super inquieto que brinca y anda para atrás y para adelante del carro, y estos tres meses desde que compré el cubreasiento, ha pasado la prueba de resistencia. Sólo la tela es algo resbalosa, pero lo volverÃa a comprar porque ha protegido bien de lodo y suciedad. El tamaño le ajustó bien a una Arona, de la SEAT.
