Beautiful collar; exceptional service
I just ordered my 3rd of these beautiful collars. I have two beautiful puppers, one a 26-lb Labrahuahua (Lab/Chi mix), the other a 7-lb toy Shih tzu mix, both girls. My Labrahuahua usually wears red, & my Shih tzu pink. I wanted matching, “girlie” collars in their own colors for them, & I always love ones that come with a removable embellishment. As Molly, my Toy Shih Tzu, is so teeny-tiny, getting a collar with her info engraved on it is particularly helpful, as sometimes her ” charms” just drag. I found these. & ordered a red & a pink. I admit to being a little leery of the pink, as Molly is so close to the ground, it feels like every bit of dirt just “jumps” on to her, but I really wanted them to match. They came & were just beautiful, & I love that I can remove the flowers when they are out at the beach or in the woods, to avoid damage. But, jump forward, & Arianna’s (Labrahuahua) red collar still looks good as new, while Molly’s pink one is showing signs of dirt & wear. No cleaning instructions came with them, so I basically spot-cleaned. I contacted the seller to ask about cleaning only, as we are well past any reasonable return date. They told me the pale pink does have a problem with dirt & fading. They advised they recommend hand washing but I can try machine washing, & if it fades, they would help. I did both, & let them know it came cleaner, but there was still dirt that would not come off & definite fading, but I loved the collars so much, I ordered a new one in the pink floral. They then told me they are replacing the pink one as well! I couldn’t believe it. I will use the pink floral for every day, & save the pale pink for when I put my girls in their party dresses & want them to have matching collars. The seller could not be nicer, both held up very well structurally, it is just the pale pink is hard to keep clean, especially on a small dog. If you have a teeny-tiny dog or one that rolls around a lot, stick with darker colrs or the florals. But the collars are beautiful & a great value for the money.

This is a very beautiful collar with a nice vibrant color and the gold hardware pairs really well. Customer service was fantastic! Our package was unfortunately stolen, but their customer service representative sent a replacement right away! Highly recommend. Support their business. They are kind people.

Adorable but Delicate
I absolutely love this collar. It is super soft and very cute. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the buckle that fastens the collar is not extremely durable. It only took a few days for it to look a little battered. You can still read the engraving fine, but there are marks probably where my dog scratched it. I assumed to be engraveable it had to be a less hard surface which is why I did not contact the company. Since you have to be up close and looking at the engraved buckle to even notice this and everyone is distracted by the cute flower, I guess in the scheme of things, it is not a big deal. The flower is holding up well. (Note: My dog is not superactive.)

Bow is odd
The collar alone without bow, the color, and the customization are overall good. But the bow is oddly made. A little disappointed since itâs not returnable. The bottom of the bow looks too big and sticks up and this is an XS collar. So it very noticeable how odd it looks. I donât recommend the bow collars. Stick to the flower collars lol!

Exceeded my expectations
I ran into somebody in my community that had an amazing dog collar -they told me this brand. Itâs much nicer than I even thought. What a steal for under $20 and it also came with a custom engraving of her name and my phone number. The collar is velvety soft and looks very durable and itâs very beautiful. Weâve gone on 2 walks today and everyone passed by has commented on how pretty collar is.

Super cute, fits
Very nice for price. The bumble bee one is what I got for my 35 pound pup. The medium fit her perfectly. The yellow color is very vibrant and not faded at all. Iâm very pleased with how the lettering on the buckle came out as well as the phone numbers. It seems reliable as it is thick and soft. The flower piece was a bit hard to get on, but is super cute once you slip it on. Very happy! ***scratched out phone numbers in photo. It is not miscolored ***
