Customers say
Customers find the product effective at reducing noise from tags. They appreciate its glow-in-the-dark feature, ease of use, and tag compatibility. However, some report durability issues like the rubber material getting brittle over time and breaking or falling off. Opinions vary on fit and value for money.

Maybe not “silence” but works great for reducing noise.
I can sleep at night without the jingles! Our dogs all have two tags, a rabies tag & an identification tag. The rabies tags are all different sizes, these silencers are not designed to fit those, but they are crafted specifically to fit identification tags, the kind you would get custom etched from a vending machine at a retail store. This is my second set, sadly they do get worn out over time, my last purchase lasted about a year before crumbling. We ended up replacing all of our dogs silencers at the same time because the other ones are about to go soon as well.As for the silencer, it doesn’t 100% remove noise for us because of the rabies tags, but it signifigantly reduces the jingle sound when they roll around or walk around the house.

Great & does the job
My dog suddenly started getting scared when his metal tag hit the dog bowl while eating. This silenced it a bit and even flows brighter than I expected. Other reviews have said it ripped or stretched but my dog rolls all over the couch and floor and it seems to be doing fine. Sometimes catches me by surprise when he comes to bed in the dark because I forget he has a glow in the dark tag cover hahaha

Poor quality; poor fit.
Fell apart in just a month. Did not fit tag in the same basic shape so did not reduce noise.

Perfect fit!
My lovely dog managed to get her collar off and rip rubber surround on her tag. This fit perfectly for a bone shaped dog tag.

WRONG SIZE
Great that it glows, but it’s NOT the right size for the pet tag that I have, it says large but it’s not large. The pet tag looks like the size of the tags that are displayed so I thought it would fit, I checked the size in your description but I guess my tag would be an XL or XXL size. I cannot find the size for my dog tag which is so frustrating as no one has it and thought Amazon would have it. Wrong. Disappointed.

Works like a charm.
My dog moves a lot during the night and even tiny shifts and movements cause his tags to jingle. I would wake up so often that I’d be a walking zombie by morning. I then went to a dog park and saw this on one of the dogs and had to purchase. It instantly helped muffle the sound of two tags banging up against each other. It does glow but not enough to make any difference if he were to get loose and we were trying to find him.

Keeps Tag Quiet & Glows in Dark
I’ve bought numerous bone-shaped dog tags over the years and I always get this silencer to put over it. It helps keep his ID tag from jingling against his other tags (pet license, rabies, etc.) and also I like that it glows in the dark. They last pretty well, although eventually they do start to break down a bit. But I get a good 1-2 years out of them usually.

Broke after 6 months.
Ordered this Oct 2017. It worked ok, the noise wasn’t as loud when my dog would run around. She is an inside dog, so not alot of outside activities besides going to the bathroom. This thing only lasted 6 months. It broke and fell off. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but really expected it to be longer than 6 months.
