Perfect-ish
Fits my Jeep Gladiator pretty good. Material is thin but holds up to our 40+ pound dog. Easy to clean. Easy to set up.Zippers could be double pull as you have to reach inside to pull the zipper when standing at the door. Measurements are off. Advertised as 53.5â wide at base, but is clearly a couple inches shy. And as with all brands of these, the corners are not supported so they just fold and flop around.Small to midsized vehicles will like this thing. I think it would be more like 3/4 seat coverage in a full sized truck or SUV though.After reading reviews on here I kept the packaging anticipating returning it. Was pleased that it fit my Jeep though.

Access cab sized
This definitely is not universal. I actually bought it because all of the reviews said it was way small. I needed a hammock for the back of my 2012 Tacoma Access cab. I had built a platform to create a flat space for my dog on top of the jump seats and I wanted something to contain my dog in the back. It was a small feat of trial and error to get it set up. I had to lengthen the straps as long as possible to fit my headrests. Itâs not the traditional thick Carhartt material you imagine but itâs sturdy enough. I wouldâve liked the zippers to be on the outside of the hammock, opposed to the inside, where my puppy still wants to chew on them. Gray wouldâve been a nice color option. If you have a small truck Access cab this will probably fit, I have no idea how it would fit anything larger.

Durable
We have a 2018 dodge Ram this cover doesnât fit perfectly in the backseat, but fits close enough for our dog. I had to work very hard to get the straps to go on the back seat. They went on the front seats fine, it is a little small, doesnât go all the way to the doors, but it will work.

FAKE – Not Authentic Carhartt brand!!! Weak materials!
The cover arrived with a broken zipper and the fabric was thin and poorly made. The stitching was bad as well. I returned mine and bought one directly from the real Carhartt website and the one they sent has thick sturdy canvas, the stitching is excellent, and the zippers are sturdy. Just like I expect from Carhartt. I was so disappointed in the first one – and heartbroken that it seemed Carhartt had begun to compromise its quality control – turned out I was simply duped – beware imitations!!

Tough, but runs small.
The material is not typical Carhartt. Itâs very thin but still feels durable. The zipper and buckles are beefy, which i was looking for as they typically break first. I have a 2010 Camry and it barely fits. Iâm going to keep it but if you have a truck or a larger vehicle it will most definitely be too small.

Highly recommend this cover
This cover fits my 2021 Toyota Tacoma (double cab) jut about perfectly. I’ve used it consistently for the past 3 months and it has held up well. As others have noted, the material isn’t as thick as a Carhartt duck jacket but that isn’t a con as far as I’m concerned. The material is plenty thick and durable, especially for a seat cover. I wouldn’t be interested in shelling out more money for an even thicker material anyway. I love my dog, but not that much.A few things worth noting:* There are seat anchors that help keep the cover in place. They work well and are easy to jam between the seats & remove as needed.* There is a zipper that runs along the material between the two front seats. I’ve never had a reason to unzip it and it has generally stayed zipped despite my dog tromping around the backseat.* The material is easy to vacuum (I use a handheld vacuum with a spinning brush attachment).* With the cover in place, the area around the floorboards in the backseat is more obscured. This creates a nice place to stash stuff that is semi-out of sight.I highly recommend this cover. With that said, because it is “one size fits all” there is no guarantee that it fits your make and model of vehicle. I got lucky that it fits Tacomas (at least the double cab models) very well.

Too narrow for full size truck seat cover – not worth the top-end price.
This is one of the higher priced seat covers to protect vehicle interiors. I expected it to meet the less expensive models we’ve used in the past.The material is thinner than I expected – my dog jumped into the back seat and bit right through the part between the front/back seat.. Seaming is good and sturdy.The seat cover part says it measures 18″ and it may, but it slides all over the back as it doesn’t have handles to secure it under the back seat area. It attaches to the front and back headrests, but nothing holds the bottom in place.My husband threw the box away before installing it, or I would have returned it. As it is, we’ve used it for about a month and I’ve had to order another one.Needs a re-work on functional use – a sturdier fabric – and a lower price.

The product fit my SUV perfectly. The side covers were not used so folded under nicely. Does a good job of protecting my leather back seat.

This unfortunately is not universal at all, I have a med size truck, and this does not fit the back at all. There is no grip on the bottom of the hammock, so it slides around. The “anchors” for it are too loose, so they can’t hold anything in place. If you try to tighten the straps, it causes the middle to bow or the sides to expose the seats, so can’t protect the seats. I have trusted all Carhartt items with blind faith for years, but this experience makes me hesitant for future products.

Although the colour is the same as the overalls, so you expect a high quality, this products is no thicker or any better than a regular MUCH CHEAPER car seat cover. I haven’t used it yet, so a 3 star, but I can’t see it lasting any longer than the other ones I’ve bought over the years. I’ll leave another review in a few months.
