Wish they went to bigger sizes?!
Love this harness overall!! Super well built, great material. You can tell how strong it is. The chest pad is super padded. The only thing is, if our dog was any bigger it wouldnât fit! Heâs also 72 pounds so slightly over the crash test weight. I wish they made an XL so more dogs could enjoy!! For reference we have a German shepherd / husky mix with a very wide rib cage and thick neck. Thankfully it fits him like a glove with the straps all the way extended. Little snug on his neck because that part doesnât adjust. Love it!!!

high quality harness
Love this harness. high quality….sewn well. Very sturdy…..BUT clasps are hard to release AND sizing way off on chart. So glad I went Med. instead of small for my 30 lb. Cavalier….other than that…. it is great!

This is probably one of the most well made harnesses I have ever seen. It is definitely a crash approved harness.I gave it 4 stars because the part that buckles around the dogâs abdomen you can adjust which is great fit my 50lb dog fine once adjusted. BUT the part that goes around her chest/neck is not adjustable so it is big on her chest going to size down hopefully it fits better

Care safe walking harness.
I love this brand of car safe harness. Great for walking my dogs with a leash and using with a seperate seat belt attachment for traveling safely in the car. My dogs love them. This one fit my chihuahua perfectly. So easy to put on. He usually slips out of harnesses being so small but not this one. Front part under the chin is a little stiff when new. Just soften it up by bending back and forth near seam line. Or it will soften with time. Great buy.

Began to choke my dog (it twisted as she turned to escape the harness)
Worked great until my dog (4 month old puppy) panicked once & moved around-twisting the harness tight around her neck. She was not able to breathe well. I had to frantically unhook the seatbelt then unhook the harness to untangle it all. Very scary there for a minute. Iâm keeping an eye on her to make sure sheâs ok.

Be careful about your measurement–it’s smaller than advertised.
I ordered a medium (supposedly fits dogs with chest size from 23.5-28″) for my dog with a 26.5″ chest. It BARELY fits with the straps loosened as far as they will go. It’s pretty tight. Only the chest adjusts, minimally; the neck strap is not adjustable at all.NO instructions come with this, either for adjusting to fit your dog or for buckling your dog into the car safely.It IS very well made, feels sturdy, has no sharp edges that could hurt my dog, and has padding against the chest.Even so, with the tightness of the fit and the lack of instructions for buckling my dog into the car safely, I’m not a satisfied customer. I’ll be looking for a different one to try.

Feel super safe, easy use, multi use
I write very few amazon reviews. I really like this product, i bought 2, 1 for ea car. Feels very sturdy, and as comfy as is possible. Has padding in case of crash. Also works well as a collar alternative. For reference, have a 30 lb dog, medium is perfect.

Dangerous buckles; neck not adjustable
Product I received has already been opened and returned. It was incorrectly buckled and cut free of its tags/packaging, which were sent with it, and had a hair from a dog in the webbing. The buckles are so tight that not only could I not unbuckle one, even with both hands, but it pinched me so severely that it cut the pad of my thumb and caused me to bruise and bleed. I would feel really horrible if it pinched my dog like that. No thank you.

Ordered the Small size for a French bulldog whose neck is 15″ and girth 20″ which should’ve been a perfect fit. Unfortunately the neck part is very tight and is neither stretchy nor adjustable – it hurt her ears to get it on and off. Also I noticed when she had it on, the top part was digging into her upper chest area. It’s really a shame because it seems otherwise well made. Can’t understand why they would have designed it this way given that most dogs’ heads are a lot wider than their necks.

I have a female staffordshire terrier that weighs 18kg and purchased the harness in a medium size. I needed to lengthen the straps that go around the middle of the dog to almost the full length and it fits perfectly. Staffies tend to be broader in the chest and with dog coats I have to buy a large even though she is not a large dog! The sizing on this is a bit misleading if you go by weight as all dogs are built differently. The harness is well made and my dog can change position in the car so again it probably depends on the breed and how tall they are in relation to if they can sit/lie with the harness on.

Harnais commandé en taille M pour mon Berger des Pyrénées de 14kg avec un tour de poitrail d’environ 62cm.Harnais qui a l’air hyper solide , avec une sangle comme nos ceintures de sécurité. Un peu étonné du poid qu’il fait en revanche . Les parti épaisses sont lourdes et non souple. C’est ma seule réserve qui peut me faire me demander si ça ne va pas gêner mon chien entre les pattes avant lorsqu il sera couché. Mais dans l’ensemble satisfaite . A voir à l utilisation.
