Lovely carrier for cats
This is very sturdy and keeps its shape very well. I love that it’s got the top open option as I hear that it helps keep cats calmer to load and unload them from a top opening rather than the side. I’m not sure how much of that is fact, but either way, it offers both option. My rescue cats are both on the petite side of the scale (would not place two cats in this carrier btw!), so they have enough room to even lay down when this is set down with the back of the carrier flat to the ground. It gives enough room for them to lay down comfortably if they aren’t too anxious depending on where they are being taken of course. I can easily pick I up with a cat inside and it not loose shape. One thing I was nervous about that I kept running into with other car carriers I was looking at was the zipper and how easily it was to open and close. They used a zipper that was meant to last and not just a cheap one that’s not gonna function after a couple times. I do recommend that you make sure all of the piping is properly aligned with the structure of the bag as soon as you assemble if even needed, otherwise you may experience some fabric getting stuck in the zipper and that can be a challenging task to get it opened or closed.

My First Cat Carrier thatâs a Backpack.
This is a 10 out of a 10 backpack. The interior is nice and wide so my cat is comfortable sitting. My cat can look in all directions because it has mesh on three sides. Thereâs zipper openings on three sides as well. The zippers can be clipped shut so even your sneakiest cat can break out of the backpack. The materials are strong, not cheap at all. The workmanship is top notch. Lastly, the hardware is beautiful.

I’m very pleased with the quality. It’s nicely made and sturdy. Straps are comfortable and wide. I’m 71 years old and 5′ 2″ and had an easy time using it. I have used it twice for my PomChi. He weighs nine pounds, but wasn’t too happy the first time using it. By the second time, he felt more familiar with it. We will use it again soon since Spring is on the way for warmer hikes. He’s protected in the backpack instead of possibly getting ticks or encountering another dog. It also might be the right size for airline travel if it’s laid down, so possibly no need to buy another carrier.

I put this on top of my carry on luggage and roll my dogs around the airport. They love the multiple windows for them to see out of. I have ordered many doggy carriers, both rolling and over the shoulder and this is by far the best. You can wear it as a backpack or slide the luggage strap over your rolling suitcase to smoothly get through the airport.
