Easily able to insert the bell which comes separate
I love that this toy is wooden and very sturdy! The kittens seem to really like it! After they’ve played a rough game of chase and tag they lay down beside it and get each row of balls going at the same time! This is their way of taking a little rest after hard play! The bell that came with it was so easy to install. Just unwind the top knob, I put it in the middle row, tighten the top knob and then turn it over and with the Allen wrench finish tightening it and it’s good to go! Hours of fun!ð»

Our kittens are 3 months old and they got bored pretty easily with the usual mouse and catnip toys. The only toy they keep playing these days are either the laser pointer or the feather wand… Pleased to report that our kittens absolutely LOVE this toy! Nice and sturdy! Itâs all wood!
The bell is nice and big and has a cute sound to it. You can adjust the screw to keep it tighter so your cat canât pop out the balls like mine first did until I seen that it was adjustable. Very well made!

Wonderful quality but SMALL
I knew this was small based on the reviews, but I reeeeally wish there was an option for one twice as big. My kitty is obsessed with ball-on-track kinds of toys, but this one is less awesome simply due to the size. Besides that, though- I love it. The materials are high quality. THE BALLS DONâT COME OUT! And the neutral, wooden look is much classier than bright colored plastic. I thought of returning it because it wasnât EXACTLY what Iâm looking for, but until that exists, itâll do. ((But seriously, manufacturers- make a bigger option please!))

Itâs very smooth, solid, and well built! It doesnât get flipped around. The balls cannot escape. They roll rapidly and the one with the bell stimulates her like CRAZY!! She LOVES this toy! When she throws her loose toys around, they get trapped in places where she can no longer play- but because THESE balls are enclosed on this toy, she always has something to play with no matter what! They never get thrown somewhere where she canât reach them. It keeps her busy and out of mischief! And itâs something that can be passed down. Itâs a solid toy that will not be damaged like the other cheap ones in the market. Itâs going to last a very, very, VERY long time! Excellent purchase!! It definitely satisfies her curiosity!! Cats love it
Itâs easy to assemble. Sturdy. It stays in place while they play with it. Itâs small but it still attracts the cats. I like it because itâs made out of wood instead of plastic. They like the lowest level the best. Occasionally Iâll toss a couple of cat treats in the lowest well and they manage to get at them 🙂

After reading other reviews, I opted to buy the large size for my ten-week old kitten. She’s barely over two pounds, still has lots of growing to do, so I figured better to buy a large size and let her grow into it, especially as most reviews said the toy is small.I was not prepared for how small it is! The large size is an appropiate size for her right now, when she’s two pounds. Im afraid it will be too small for her soon.Given the size it does feel overpriced. But I do like that it’s wood and not plastic, it feels like it will hold up well.But she does love the dang thing so that’s a plus.I cant imagine the medium size is of any use to a cat, it would be too small.

I rescued a four week old kitten and decided to get this toy because it’s wood and small. She’s been playing with it every day and she’s now nearing six months. I also have large adult males and while they don’t use it as often, it’s small size doesn’t seem to bother them. You have to make sure you tighten the screw in the bottom because a couple times it got loose and she started pulling the balls out. I admit, I took out the bell because it was too annoying. It’s sturdy and doesn’t slide around too much on the floor. Overall, it’s been a good purchase.

Now that my 2 kittens are all grown up they no longer play with it but because it is such a stunning and quality object it made a great decorative art piece on my desk next to the the picture of them playing with it when they were kittens!
