I was really disappointed with the Cat Dog Carrier with Wheels that I recently purchased. The product is advertised as ideal for travel, but it feels incredibly flimsy and not up to the task. The material feels cheap and doesn’t seem like it would hold up well under regular use, especially when carrying a pet that’s close to the weight limit. Moreover, the wheels are another major letdown; they do not seem very strong and give the impression that they could break easily, which is concerning when you’re navigating through busy airports or streets. This carrier is definitely not what I expected for the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who needs a reliable travel solution for their pet.

Not the best design
This collapsible pet carrier on wheels will get the job done, but IMHO, I think they tried to cram too much into one product.First, the wheels. They just push into the bottom of the carrier, and not easily. They are also very hard to remove and feel cheap.Second, the top of the carrier has a zippered net top, but it’s impeded by a handle that goes over the top of it. I suppose you could just unzip it half-way if you wanted to let your pet poke it’s head out, otherwise, I’m not sure what the purpose is. The whole top is kind of like a dome, but nothing supports it, so it will collapse inward if anything is put on top of it.Third is the “belt” strap for attaching it to a car seat. This is a nice feature, but if you aren’t using it, it does not detach. The only way we found to secure it was to run it through the back loop (and I don’t know what that loop is suppose to be used for, either), buckle it and then stuff it in the pocket on the side.Fourth is the extendable pull bar. It attaches by a zipper at the bottom of the bag and is held up by a velcro strap so it sags. With the bar attached, the shoulder strap is very hard to attach because the part you clip it to is blocked by the bar.The positives. It is collapsible for easy storage. The top can be completely unzipped and taken off. It has a leash clip on the inside and a nice, soft pad. The material is thick and feels sturdy.Overall, I was not impressed. I think if you traveled a lot, this carrier would not hold up for very long. If you plan to use it once a year, like to the vet for a check-up, it will probably be fine.

Use for one pet unless they’re really small
I have two kitties, and use this Cat Carrier with Wheels when I need to take just one to the vet. I love that it’s adjustable – pull with wheels, wear as a backpack, or use for plane travel. I throw in a towel she’s used to and maybe a small toy so she feels at home and off we go. The zippers seem strong and the entire carrier is well designed and constructed. It’s a steal at this price point! Highly recommended

Workable
It was not sturdy enough. The handle to pull the cart was so flimsy n wouldn’t of pulled the small pups in it. Would of broke way to fast. So I returned it.

I got this for our kitty when we go for vet visits or just to get her outside for a walk (she’s an indoor cat only). I was impressed by some parts and disappointed in others.* Assembly is easy and straightforward, attach wheels, zipper pieces together, add straps (if needed) and attach handle. (about 2 minutes )* The zippers are all good, they open and close smoothly, no issues found.* The material is thick, resistant to cat’s claws and teeth, the mesh is strong enough that I bring her outside in the carrier for walks and don’t worry about her getting out.* There’s a soft mat that fits in the bottom with a warm material for comfort, and easy to remove and wash (in case of accidents while out).* The wheels just push on the bottom and have a decent 360° turn radius.* The handle is the one feature I was not happy with, as soon as I unpacked it, you could tell it’s a very cheap handle that feels like it could snap at any moment. It’s held on by a Zipper and Velcro, it raises and lowers with the push of a button, but even pulling a very small cat around I worried it would break. I highly doubt this would work pushing /pulling a pet over 10 pounds.* The straps all have good strong metal clasps that are easy to attach/remove.Overall, for $82.93 (at time of review) this carrier has some great features, and if you don’t require a handle to push/pull, then it might be a great option.I’m giving it 3.5 (4) stars based on the following -* Size & structure – 3.5/5 (smaller than I thought)* Material – 5/5* Straps & zippers – 5/5* Accessibly – 4/5* Adjustable telescopic handle – 2/5* Wheels and attachments for vehicles – 4/5* Price – 3.5/5* Performance – 4/5It’s a decent carrier for car trips I’m giving it 4 stars (can’t do 3.5, will update if I come across any other quality issues. Pros – the carrier is well made, with sturdy walls and a plush floor mat. My cats will try to escape their carriers so it’s important that the sides are not flimsy. Assembles easily.Cons – too small. It’s advertised as being good for pets up to 20lbs, I would not even want to put an animal weighing more than 15lbs in there. It would be very uncomfortable, especially for trips/flights as the listing advertises. Save your money if you’re looking for a larger carrier – it would be cruel to force your pet in this. The handle also feels very cheap, for the price.
