We have a golden retriever puppy, and this carrier is absolute trash! All of the wheels on this carrier are 360 degrees, which means that the second your pet shifts their weight, this pos will spin uncontrollably. We are from NYC, and the second we stepped out of our apartment the carrier fell over sixteen times. This carrier is a two person job. You will have no control over where this carrier goes. It hit trash cans and pedestrians. Not to mention, the handle is floppy, and does not control anything. If you want a carrier that takes up the entire sidewalk and hits everyone next to you, look no further! This was my first time leaving a review. Please just get a stroller.

Love the simple assembly & disassembly. Roomy for two adult cats. When I rolled it by pulling the handle it kept going sideways. Had a difficult time for it to directly stay behind me as I walked. The wheels assembly rotate around in a circle-too easily. Forward motion in a straight line challenging.
