Nice Grooming Brush, But The Handle Needs Some Sort Of Grip
This is a handy grooming set for dogs and kitties, specifically long haired pets. The set comes with a stainless steel comb, a flea comb, the steaming brush, and a rubber bath comb. The stainless steel comb is very sturdy, and the flea comb has a sturdy plastic handle that appears to be well constructed. The rubber bath comb will be handy for dog bathing because it’s designed to be used on wet fur.The steaming brush charges via a Type C USB cable which is included, but the charging head isn’t. There’s a red light that illluminates while charging, and then it turns blue when it’s ready to use. The brush is pretty easy to hold, but the plastic handle is straight and doesn’t have any type of grip to keep it from slipping out of your hands during use. This can be challenging to hold when your hands get wet, so it would be nice if the design was a little more user friendly. It’s simple to use, though. The instruction sheet is very basic and doesn’t include any sort of illustration, but it’s not too tricky to figure out. There is a small hole where you filll the water, and then you just press the button when you want to use the steam function. It sprays a very fine mist, so it’s not going to drench the pet’s fur.The brush is easy to clean and has a button which will retract the bristles so that you can quickly remove the loose fur. Speaking of the bristles, they have soft rubber tips so that they will be gentle on your pet’s skin. No painful irritations here!Despite the poorly designed handle, it’s still a convenient way to groom your pet. The additional tools are also useful, so I’d definitely recommend it.

Works Surprisingly Well
I’ve been using this on my elderly cat. He sheds a lot and gets hairballs that are difficult for him to cough up. It has worked very well. The set comes with a stainless steel comb, a flea comb, the steaming brush, and a rubber bath comb. The stainless steel comb flea comb appear to be high quality. But I don’t really use them. The rubber comb would probably be very handy for a dog since I don’t bath my cat.The steaming brush charges with the included Type C USB cable. It’s red when it’s charging and blue when it’s done. You fill the receptacle with water. I would suggest you use distilled so it doesn’t start to gum up with minerals. Once the water is added, you press the button and the steam comes out. It sprays a very fine mist, so you don’t end up drenching your pet. I think this is more mist than steam because it doesn’t seem warm. But it’s so fine, it doesn’t matter. You don’t have fur flying everywhere, and it’s very easy to clean the brush. With a touch of a button, the bristles retract, and you simply dispose of the ball of fur. It can’t get any easier.

Cats don’t like steam, dog doesn’t care
I used this kit on both my cat and dog. not surprisingly the cat hates the steam feature and the dog doesn’t seem to mind at all. the brush overall works well and I like being able to brush out huge clumps of air and easily dispose in trash. If your cat like water give it a try but mine wouldn’t come near me for two days after trying this out on him.

Once my cat gets over the hissing sound its great
I ordered this because my domestic medium hair does not groom the base of her tail and the area gets matted. My husband kept saying she needed a bath but she hates those so I got this to try instead.My cat is much more tolerant of brushing with this brush than my Defurminator, she’s even starting coming to ask me for a grooming every now and again, which is new and great.My only complaint is when the mist is turned on, the device makes a small hissing sound. Not a great experience for a product meant for cats, but mine got over it pretty quickly and now she’s shiny and soft like the princess she is

Great way to clean our cat’s coat
It’s really difficult to bathe our cats so occasionally we’ll use a steam brush and give them a little steaming when combing them. We have a long-haired cat and a short-haired cat and it works well on both. Because the bristles are fairly close it can catch a lot of stuff which is nice because our one cat had some Burrs and mats. I definitely recommend this to someone who has a difficulty cleaning or giving a bath to the pet.

Great brush
Our cats donât love being brushed, but itâs a necessary evil. This brush isnât sharp and doesnât rip at their fur, so they tolerate it. Really easy to hold while brushing and easy to clean out after youâve finished. Really helps a lot with shedding.

This Cat Steam Brush Kit has been a game changer for grooming my cat, who absolutely hates water. Since bathing is out of the question, the steam function on this brush offers a great alternative. I think itâs going to be especially helpful for keeping his fur free of mats and tangles. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the brush worked on both long and short-haired cats (I have both). The brush is generally easy to hold, but I think it would be even better if it came with a non-slip grip, particularly if youâre using it with wet hands, which you naturally might.
