Tough and strong
I like the toughness, and secure clips on this leash extender. Our pet has a need to chew everything he can, so this helps ease one concern for me. It is a great length, and the wire is protected with a thick covering that will keep it from wear and tear for a long while. The swivels, and clips are really solid, and rugged. My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is the clasp to lock is a bit difficult to remove after finishing the walk, and removing it. But I do like how secure it holds!

A MUST HAVE
These are a must have for small pets (cats and dogs) We have 2 mini Aussies and we use these to walk them both, using 1 STURDY leash, we also use these to extend their auto restraints. We let the back seat down in our SUV and let them be comfortable in the back. We also have a cat that hates being in a vehicle, her last vet trip we attached the extender to the auto restraint and gave her free roam, she loved her auto ride, for the first time ever :)These are very easy to use, very well made, and come in many colors

Works great. The puppy likes to chew on her leash when walking her. I added this to the leash, and she doesn’t like to chew this. Not a walk is a walk and not a tug-o-war.

Needs improvement
I bought this for my dog who likes to bite the leash. For this purpose, this product is great. However, the latch that comes on this has come unhooked while walking my dog over five times now. The latch will somehow rub against her harness hook and it will catch and open. Luckily my dog listens and doesnât run away. But just a heads up that that could be an issue.

Locking mechanism comes off by itself
I bought this and it looked good. Be aware this product is dangerous. It unlocks and unhooked by itself while taking my dog for a walk very dangerous for dogs and puppies especially if youâre taking them for a walk. My dog is 4 months old It happened several times. I stopped using it. I would like to add that the seller did offer a replacement which works really good. Great customer service.
