DANGEROUS PRODUCT
We loved this playard, until today. You see, we have been using this playard in bassinet mode. It worked very well. Looks great, easy set up, sturdy.I decided to move the matress down to the lower, “toddler playard” mode today and the matress does not fit properly in the base. There are huge gaps on all sides where the matress meets the playard frame (where the matress pad should be covering the bottom, instead, the base is exposed). My 5 month old immediately wiggled over to one of these spaces & started nuzzling down into the space. Now that my baby has grown, this product is useless. This is a dangerous product in toddler playard mode. Please, for your little ones safety, do not buy this product unless you only plan to use the bassinet mode. I expected better from Chicco and am horribly disappointed. I will be contacting the manufacturer, but I wanted to put up a warning for other parents first.

Easy transport and set up!
We used this as a travel and day crib for our 3 month old. We also love that he can grow with this and it will serve as multiple functions. The set up is super easy. Itâs a simple push down till you hear it lock in place. Itâs also lightweight, so itâs easy to move around and carry, but it also feels sturdy. I donât worry about being too flimsy or breaking down. We do put a crib sheet on the mattress pad, not because itâs not soft enough but just another layer to add for cleaning purposes. Breakdown is as easy as setting it up and packing it in the bag is pretty straightforward. I do have my husband carry it though as I struggle to carry the weight of it. Overall, we absolutely maximize the use of it and love the purchase!

Firstly, this is truly a one movement setup and collapse! Itâs wonderful.Secondly, the zip in âbassinetâ is amazing. No clips to fuss with, once itâs attached you know itâs attached AND it can stay attached when packed away!We have 5 children and have owned 8+ pack n play/play yards this one is by far the best weâve purchased!I rated it three stars for travel ONLY because itâs a bit bulkier than some other options and honestly we still travel with the little Cosco cheapie. We use this one to allow our newborn to room in. Itâs the perfect height when pulled next to our bed.Also, The mattress (not an additional purchase, the mattress it comes with) is great! Enough padding to offer comfort not so much to be a suffocation hazard.You canât go wrong with this purchase, we are very impressed.
