Our Golden Retriever Loves This
Love that it comes as a two pack. Also our golden retriever is super tough on toys and itâs held up pretty well for the last 3 months. He loves it and itâs just now starting to fray in some spots but he thrashes it around pretty aggressively so Iâm impressed itâs lasted so well for this long.

Didn’t last my dogs 2 hours.
Unfortunately my pups just loved this thing a little bit too much I guess. We absolutely love every chuck it ball we have ever bought. And so do our fur babies… I figured I could give this a try because they really enjoyed the chuck it tug rope ball. This one may have held up if it had a ball on the end to distract them from the fact that this Is a rope, which they love to tear up and eat. They destroyed this and was trying to eat it within 2 hours. After that, I can’t risk them eating small pieces so it has to be thrown awa. So, I guess we will be sticking with the balls… that’s the only tried and true way for longevity. Oh yeah, I have 3 Deaf Boston terriers.

So much fun for my 80lb aggressive dog to play tug of war

Puppy enjoyed it while it lasted
I wanted to get my 2-month-old puppy a rope toy that was a safer option than traditional rope toys that fray and have loose fibers dogs can swallow, which build up in their stomachs and warrant a trip to the vet. This one seemed like a good choice until the flimsy rubber parts holding the robe together succumbed to the sharp little puppy teeth and started breaking apart. He tries to eat everything, and he got one piece off. I’m glad I was with him so I could get it out of his mouth. I threw the toy away after 2 weeks. I do like their rubber balls (without the strap) and fetch stick, but this rope toy was a waste of money and a potential hazard for teething pups or aggressive chewers.

Frays if you have a strong tugger
It’s made up of tiny ropes inside of a big rope. My dogs teeth ripped through it playing tug of war and wanted to it the smaller ropes. Not a safe toy for big dogs with big teeth and powerful jaws. There are better ones out there that do not do this.

Itâs a tug toy, not a chew toy
If you use this as a tug toy, itâs perfect. My dog and I play tug for a while and then it gets put away in the closet. If I leave it out, she would definitely eat it. Itâs strong and long enough that she doesnât accidentally bite my hands. It gets 5 stars as a tug toy.

How do you plan to use it?
Not sure this is getting fair reviews. How do you plan to use it? If a pull toy to play with your dog, then it holds up pretty well. We play, then I put the toy up until next time. If you you treat it like a chew toy and just give it to your dog to play with by himself, a few minutes is all it’s going to last. My first one we were playing and I left him to answer the phone. A couple of minutes later when I returned my Malinois had destroyed it. The second one which he only got when we played tug, lasted for a few months. Hey it costs like 8 bucks. Do you expect it to outlive your dog?

I realize itâs a play toy and youâre not supposed to allow the dog to just lay there and chew it, but this 3 month old pup managed to destroy in a couple hours when I wasnât looking. Should be more durable.

Durato nemmeno 2 mesi, e non ho un Pitbull, ma un cucciolo di border collie.

Not bad but used once and starting to pull apart with 60 lb pit bull

I would have expected this to be more robust as itâs purpose is to be in dogâs mouth for a tug of war. The rubber came of first and then the rope broke down with chewing. I have much cheaper rope items that are far more Rubust. This is not good enough for the price
