usefulness
cats did not like the mist, once they did get comfortable it quit working then the brush pad separated from the handle and will not reattach properly. waste of money. Sorry, I generally never like to post bad reviews but am getting truly tired of buying these horribly designed gadgets. Now this will most likely just go in a landfill because have no idea how to recycle.

Cat steam brush
Cat loves the brush, even insists on daily brushing. However, the rubber brush attachment continually falls off during brushing and is hard to use. Also, the steam is more of a mist. Probably would look for a different products.

NOT BAD
The brush is pretty good. I have a main coon mix, so VERY thick hair. It does a good job on the surface stuff, but does not get any of the deep undercoat. However, my cat LOVES it. He literally rubs all over the cabinet door where I store it waiting for me to pull it out.

Poorly made, and cares terrified
The brush is poorly made – the insert does not stay in and constantly falls out, I had to use rubber band to keep it in place. More importantly, I canât use the water mist option, because my cats are terrified of it. So no, did not work for my pets.
