This as well as the tiny version is like a miracle brush!! I have so many slicker brushes including several 70$ CC brushes. For knots and smaller Mattâs this brush doesnât hurt because of the coated pins and some how gets Mattâs out!! I am obsessed with these Safari slicker brushes with the coated pins including there Lil pals tiny one!!

Great little brush
This brush is great for everyday grooming. I use it on my 3lb Biewer terrier and it gets the job done. I especially like that it has the extra coating at the tips so that it doesnât irritate my dogs skin. Most dematting brushes only has the steel tips and I feel like it would scratch their skin and hurt them. This brush is soft and does a great job at holding in the hair so that once youâre done, you can easily remove with your hands. Overall, Iâm very happy with this purchase.

Nice with Covered Tips
My German Shepherd doesnât seem to mind this brush nearly as much as others due to it not scratching his skin if I accidentally hit an area without as much fur. I can brush him for a couple hours while watching TV. Does a really great job with the undercoat. Doesnât seem like it will last long because the bristles are very thin and bend with use, but it works so well.

Great Product
Hi! I purchased both the medium and large sized brushes and liked them immediately. They feel well made, solid to hold (well balanced so less tiring if you need to brush several or thick coated dogs) and they’re are simple. I saw the ones that are designed to be self-cleaning (you lift or push a button and the brush expels the hair closer to the end of the bristles) and they looked very good. But I worry about dirt getting under or in-between the mechanism. These have a simple design with a flat rubber mounting for the bristles that allows them to push-into the brush giving it a softer feel for your pets (more give). Most importantly to me is that there’s very little interference between the bristles and the mounting so that you can rinse/clean it easily and it will dry relatively quickly. Basically, I am happy with the purchase.

I have a tuxedo cat who’s quite a character. He loves to be pampered. He goes out in the rain And runs back in soaking wet, points his bum at me and waits for me to dry him off with a towel.That wasn’t something I train him to do, he’s trained to me to dry him off by going over to the towel when he was wet and rolling around in it and looking at me while meowing.So now, I have been properly trained how to dry him off and afterwards, he loves to have his hair brushed. He starts purring and making air biscuits all while drooling all over the place when I am brushing his hair. I tell him how handsome he is and he looks at me like, yeah I know…. PurrrrrrrrMy cat loves it and I’m certain any dog would too

Even sensitive dogs love it
I bought this because I got a long haired puppy, which it works great for. It gets out tangles and cuts down on shedding significantly. I was surprised because I have a dog with sensory processing disorder who is very particular with what touches his body, he LOVES this brush. He wont even wear a collar but when I pull this brush out to brush the long haired dog he begs to be brushed too even though his coat does not need to be brushed. Its very gentle and works very well. Ours did not come with plastic balls on the tips and our dogs love it. I have an older dog with scars on her body and she will even tolerate me brushing over her scars with this brush, she wont even let some people PET her scars much less brush them. Definitely worth a try, we are three for three of dogs who LOVE this brush and get excited when I bring it out.

I have small dogs and this brush is very handy. I like the coated tips at the end of the bristles. It makes brushing more comfortable for the dog. I highly recommend this for a number of breeds of dogs.
