Great item.
My sister has these and she loves them and advised me to get them. We love them too! We use them day and night. Keeps liquid cold all night long and there is still ice in it in the morning. We are definately drinking more water, which is exactly what we wanted. Fits well in the car cup holder and in the door slot also.

Sometimes it leaks and wets my kids bags. Caps seems to be screwed in tight, but could be a twisted seal, but kids like it.

Cold water when you need it
This is an excellent product. Great to place on a nightstand. If you wake with a dry mouth, its so easy to get a sip of cool water. The controls are well thought out and easy to use. The sipper is easy to find in the dark. It is easyto use and carry. One of their best products!

the product and customer service are awful
There was nothing to like. The products suction both lost within a couple of months. I went to return the products and this was the “canned response” I got from Contigo:Thank you for contacting Contigo.We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with one of our products. This is not the experience we want for our valued consumers and we would like to rectify this issue.It would help us better understand how this issue occurred if you reply to the below questions: – How and when was the product cleaned?- What liquids were used with the bottle?- Was the product ever dropped?- Has this issue occurred since first use or did it start later?Furthermore, in order for us to be able to proceed with the case please kindly provide us also with the following photos showing:Full view of your product (body and lid together)The bottom of the lid/body, showing the clock-like picture (manufacturing date code) & two-letter code (supplier code). Great containers for drinking hot or cold items.
There is not a day that goes by that I do not use these containers for hot water, iced tea, hot tea, cold water⦠I use them all year round. I am a quadriplegic and it is easy for my husband while he drives to give me a drink since there is a straw in the container for me to drink from so it is always easier for us to use when I need a drink of something. It is not good for carbonation drinks it will spurt out the straw. But lemonades and tease and just plain no hot water work really great.

I tried other bottles. I keep coming back to these. I can put icy water in before bed and it’s still very cold when I wake up in the morning. Straw is wide for easy drinking. Simple to clean too. At this point mine is a bit banged up from carrying it everywhere, but if it were to break, I’d buy another identical one immediately.

The new straw design appears to be hit and miss amongst units. Bought two – one seals flawlessly, the other sucks in 1/2 air and 1/2 water with each sip.The handle layout on the v2 top gets in the way of the mouthpiece.Holds temperature beautifully though, the new tops suck.
