High quality Gap sleep sack for babies. Color is more grey than blue.
I absolutely love this Baby Gap sleep sack. Itâs made out of high quality 100% organic cotton. Itâs very soft and nice to touch. The double zipper is very smooth, easy to open for a hassle free diaper changes (especially at night). The built-in swaddle is very helpful for the first few months and hands can also be free but still inside the sleep sack. The buttons make it perfect for transitioning to the hands out sleep. I love this feature. The color shown on the picture is not correct. Itâs more grey than it is blue. But I actually like it, makes this sleek sack a more unisex color and can be used for both boys and girls. It washes perfectly in cold water and doesnât change its shape. Material is very nice and will last me for my next baby (hopefully one day in the next few years to come). I highly recommend this sleep sack to all the mamas out there.

A Few Design Issues
The idea of swaddle turned sleep sack is a good one for children who start out in a swaddle until they are rolling over, but I donât think everything was thought out with the design. My baby is one month old and he has never cared to be swaddled, so Iâve only used this as a sleep sack. I think the arm holes should have been designed to open/close using velcro rather than snap buttons, because the male button piece is now facing up on the front of the sleep sack and can potentially be laid on by the child with their face. Also, there is no zipper cover on the sleep sack to hold the zipper in place and covered to keep from flipping up and poking/scratching the childâs face. The thingsI do like about the sleep sack is the two way zipper for ease of diaper changing, and I also like the thickness and feel of the material.

Not the quality expected from Gap
Ordered this for part of baby shower gift. I thought the Baby Gap name and organic cotton would appeal to my friend. But it’s janky. There is a spelling error on the back of the box “prevent risd of SIDS”, should be “risk”. Just didn’t seem like something Gap would overlook. Went to Baby Gap online store, found this item, sold by Delta Children just like on Amazon, as a “trusted third party partner”. Gave me a weird vibe, like Gap just making money (higher price there) selling cheap stuff from third party manufacturers w/ their logo on it, w/out any effort on their part to ensure quality. The blue is actually grey, as other reviewers noted. If you took off the brand name and sold it for $15 at W**Mart, it would fit right in. Still, giving it 3 stars because I like that its organic cotton and I’m sure it will be of use.

Great fabric
Love the thick cotton fabric and that it opens at the bottom for diaper changes. My 2 month old about maxes out the small size, so maybe size up if you have a big baby. Lost stars because there is nothing to keep the zipper pull from stabbing the baby at the top of the sack and also, its hard to get her arms through the holes since they dont open up very big.

The product itself is fine. Itâs well made but it is huge. Definitely not for a baby a month or two old. Also mine is more of a grey stripe rather than blue in the photo. Itâll be going in storage until bubs is bigger.
