Customers say
Customers find these baby food pouches sturdy and easy to use. They are great for packing own food, storing LO food on the go, and making smoothies on the go. The pouches are affordable and space-saving. However, some customers have issues with the fit, saying the pouches don’t snap in place properly or are too small.

Great for ice packs/water bottles that save space in lunch boxes! Be careful with small caps.
As a nanny packing lunches these are life-saving space savers. I fill these with water and freeze them to create the most space efficient and epic ice packs ever. I just take one and put it in each child’s lunch box first thing in the morning. By lunch time it’s thawed out enough that they get a decent amount of water without it going everywhere when they squeeze. By the end of afternoon snacks around 3 p.m. they are fully melted and are able to drink the last bits. I highly recommend buying these and using them as ice packs. Everyday I just rinse them, add water and put back in the freezer for the next day. It’s pretty easy to rinse out and then refill. I’m not using it for food so that’s something I would not be able to give any reviews regarding ease of use (fill, rinse & reuse). They are definitely amazing as water bottles and ice pack combos. This is from a nanny that takes care of three little ones ages 2, 3, and 4 years. This is a MUST HAVE for anyone that needs an ice pack, has worries about the chemicals in those freezer packs from the store and wants to make sure they have a water bottle that won’t be the end of the world if the kids lose it. I remember growing up my mom getting fairly frustrated that every day I lost my water bottle it seemed. She even wrote with sharpie on it with our phone number. Sometimes we would have some nice person call and say hey I found your kid’s water bottle. After several times of that my mom ended up just refilling or buying some of those disposable water bottles from the store. These are amazing. They save space and money. The kids love them as do I. I would be concerned with the size of the Caps. They are quite small. I also have some infantino packs that I use for cat food oddly enough. I use the infantino caps for the caps on these guys and then use the Caps from these guys on the infantino packs.

Great price for less than $6 a box
Update August 2016We have just started using these pouches and they’re a godsend! Brand name baby food is so expensive. We make most of my son’s baby food using this as storage. The cap can be a little hard to open but that’s ok. I like how once you open it, you can tell it was twisted open once. As for the cap being toothpaste size, yes it can be dangerous but even the brand name caps ( which are bigger) shouldn’t ever be left with babies or toddlers either.1st ReviewI haven’t used this yet as my son is still just a few months old. Though I have to comment about the reviewers about fitting it into an INFANTINO food squeeze station. It DOES fit into it but you have to slide it through tilted to an angle. There is a bigger opening on the side. It locks in tightly after turning. Besides that we can’t wait to use it. Great price for less than $6 a box.

Best pouches
These are so much better and cheaper than infantinos. The caps have a lip like the tamper resistant caps so that you know if you’ve opened a pouch after you’ve made it. It makes it a lot easier to keep track of what I took out of the freezer to thaw and what I already opened. They hold more than the infantino pouches and they feel sturdier. They also fit into the pouch filling station by infantino.I’m a convert!

These are easy to use and fill
These are easy to use and fill. My toddlers AND my 10 year old all love them. They definitely cut back on mess as compared to giving them a bowl and spoon. They are perfect for snacks in the go!

We purchased this kit to make food pouches with meat …
We purchased this kit to make food pouches with meat for my one year old and fruit/vegetable pouches for my one year old and 5 year old. The pouches with meat in stores cost so much money that we feel we broke even after 30 pouches. We just make sure to dice our own meat into small cubes so that the pouches do not get clogged. These allow us to control the salt content and remove preservatives from the food we give our children. Obviously the biggest benefit is the quick, cheap, healthy meals/snacks we can give our children. We also mix fruit and vegetables for the kids for snacks. Throw the pouch in the freezer for an hour and you have a fruity freeze pop with veggies and NO PRESERVATIVES!

Pouches not bagged inside box
The box arrived with a hole in it and pouches were not bagged inside the box. Only the caps were bagged. I will not be using these.

Too flimsy for liquids
I am not sure if it was just me, but I did not realize these did not come with the filler. I was going to return it (it was the second kind of food pouch I had purchased already), but I decided I was going to buy a cheaper filler (did not buy the same brand as I found it expensive) to be able to use the bags. I purchased these because I want to make my own flavored yogurt for my toddler (anyone else think the industrialized yogurts have way too much crap in it? I mean, I will use them on a pinch, don’t get me wrong, but I prefer making my own in bulk when I have time). These bags fit a sizeable amount of liquid. However, the bag is very flimsy for liquids. Since I’ve only made flavored yogurt (smoothie like) it’s been difficult to have my 15 month old drink on her own without making a mess. It is very liquidly (I will have to find a healthy way to thicken it) and I have to feed it to her to avoid a mess (yes, we’ve had a bad car/car seat mess to clean). I think I should have purchased a smaller size and maybe a thicker product instead.

I bought these as my daughter-in-law likes using pouches and they are so expensive over the long run. Fits Infantino model just fine. Just blend and fill.
Master Shea –
These fit the maker ok, not great. Maker was so flimsy and poorly made that I returned it. Didn’t make me think these would fare any better, so returned them too.

These are nice, easy to fill and write on. It I will have to look into reusable pouches
